There are no dogs who are too challenging to walk. I am happy to take your dog on a trial walk during the Meet + Greet for reassurance. Dog Walking: I can confidently walk your dog even if he/she struggles with confidence, pulling, + reactivity! I am experienced in walking new puppies as well as seniors by taking it slow + by noticing body language + so I can adapt accordingly. I do not board in my home. But I do offer overnight care at YOUR home BUT it is a requirement to schedule an In-your-home Meet + Greet as well as a few meetings with my 20 lb border terrier WEEKSb before the vacation begins to guarantee compatibility. Other Pets: I am happy to take care of cats, guinea pigs, ferrets, birds, chickens, bearded dragons, and rabbits! I love them all! Meet + Greet: A Meet + Greet in your home is required before we get started with scheduling visits to give us a chance to get to know each other. I will ask for a brief tour of your home so I can know where their food, litter boxes, etc, are located + I'll test the keys for peace of mind. Another bonus of hiring me is that I will perform basic home care tasks such as watering plants, bringing trash to/from the curb, + alternating lights + blinds for a lived in look at no extra cost! Scheduling: Check my schedule to confirm availability and/or shoot me a message! I am a 1 person operation which means that nobody else shares visits with me so that your pet(s) will be relaxed without the confusion of multiple people coming over. Cat visits: EVERY DAY visits rather than "every other day" visits for peace of mind. Providing service in outside of my South Berwick home within SB, Rollinsford, + Dover but there may be exceptions to travel further so please ask! I adjust my schedule according to your pet's schedule as closely as possible. If I notice your dog is triggered by other dogs, people, etc, I will reverse directions or cross the street to avoid any reactivity. Dogs must be indoors in between visits for safety reasons. Pet sitting isn't a hobby but a passion. I love what I do!

About: I've been an animal lover ever since getting my first dog Brutus at seven years old. Family and friends have entrusted me to sit and care for their pets since I was a teenager. My family has always had dogs, but I grew to become a cat person after meeting my now wife whose family had many. We eventually took one of the family cats Kira after moving into a new home. My wife and I adopted our current dog Lily in 2018, which was my first experience raising a puppy. I regularly dog sit other family members' dogs at our home, where we enjoy playing catch in the backyard and going for walks in the woods. I work for myself part time, and therefore have a very flexible schedule. I can make myself available for almost any weekday time slot, especially during normal business hours. I am responsible with a calm demeanor and will work with you to gain a thorough understanding of your needs in order to develop a strong relationship with your pet.

About: I have grown up up with dogs my entire life. I currently have one dog now (chihuahua). I absolutely love all kinds of dogs. I will ensure your dog is taken care of the same way you do! I work from home full-time, and my wife is a stay-at-home mom, so your dog will never be left alone. There’s always someone nearby to give them attention, care, and lots of love throughout the day. Someone will always be home to care for your dog and attend to their needs. We live in a safe, quiet neighborhood with great walking routes, so you can feel confident your dog is secure, supervised, and well cared for at all times.

About: I have taken care of 4 dogs at once for three days. Two who are sisters, and very energetic puppies. I have that high energy, but know how to be neutral too. I'll send photo and video updates...except of the ones where I am singing and dancing to my own music, which are sings about your pet. What can I say? Feeling inspired! I work full-time during school hours M-F, until anywhere between 3:15 and occasionally 5. I am available M-F 4pm-9:45pm, and if you're nearby I can house and pet sit overnight! I am very affectionate and love taking photos and videos of the pets I take care of. I always send them to the owner as I know how much it meant to me, when my cat was alive. About: I've taken care of friends & family's dogs for the past 10 years, however for the past year and a half I've been a certified foster with The Grateful Dog rescue. My first foster, a two year old bulldog mix I had for 10 months. With her we learned leash training and manners/boundaries with other dogs. My second foster, was a 7 month old pitbull mix who ended up being a medical foster that I had for 5 months. With her, we learned house training, leash training, muzzle training, crate training, and basic commands. She was also extremely anxious and fearful with other dogs & people, so we did a TON of work to get her ready for getting adopted into a new environment. My last foster, was a two year old bulldog who needed a space with a structure and a schedule to help with his anxiety of being re-homed twice. Due to my apartment, I'm no longer able to foster, however I've taken on the role of event coordinator which often involves handling anxious/nervous pups in the high energy environment of adoption events. I've been missing the dog snuggles and walks and joined Rover to help fill that void. I'm currently working full time, Monday-Friday. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday I work 9am - 5:30 pm. on Thursdays I work 11:30am - 8 pm. I Currently work remotely which allows for a lot of flexibility in making dog sitting/walking work. When it comes to going on walks, I have experience with strong dogs who pull on the leash, reactive dogs (both positive and negative reactions to other dogs and people) and muzzle training/wearing. I have experience with crate training, as the rescue that I fostered with requires that all of their dogs be crate trained.

About: My mother was always taking in animals from our local shelter so I have experience working with all ages of animals from puppies and kittens, to elderly animals as well. I’ve also worked with dogs as small as a chihuahua, to dogs as large as a golden retriever/hound mix. I’ve dealt with animals that are sick as well. Our most recent adopted cat suffered from diabetes who needed medicine on a daily basis. I worked in a veterinarian clinic for 2 years, working in the kennels with all types of animals, and absolutely loved it! I am really open to any kind of pet care/time commitment. I work remotely, and my availability is very flexible, which is great for working with more rigid scheduled pet owners! I hope to work with, and care for animals every week! I’m a big advocate for rule following so I can provide the needed care you would provide your pet as if you were home with them!
