I will be there for your pets as needed and keep you informed about the experience. My sister also works from Rover and she communicated that there was a need for local and committed dog walkers in the Somersworth/Dover area. What a great idea! If you're looking for a local dog walker who can commit to walks or drop-ins around set days every week, I'm happy to help with that. I work from home and have a flexible schedule. If the stay is from Monday to Friday, I only need a strong internet connection to work remotely. ~ WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT ~ We will review anything you'd like before you leave, and I will do my best to accommodate. Below I will outline what to expect from each service to reduce confusion: ~HOUSESITTING The housesitting rate covers you for 24 hours. I would be coming to your home to watch over it and care for your pet(s) most hours of the day + overnight. I can also water your plants, check your mail, receive packages, and do light cleaning – whatever you need! - One to three walks/day or a few potty breaks in the yard for dogs - Clean cat litter box - Feed + water them - Play + cuddle with them - Pic or video updates -Meet and Greets Before any house sitting, I’d like to have a meet and greet to make sure we are a good fit. Long-distant meet + greets $25 for 10–20 miles away $50 for 20–45 miles away Let’s set something up if you’re interested! ~DROP-IN VISITS I will be dropping by for 30-60 minutes to check in on your pet(s): - Let dogs out for a potty break - Clean cat litter box - Feed + water them - Play + cuddle with them - Pic or video updates ~DOG WALKING I would be coming to your house to take your dog(s) for a 30 - 60-minute walk in your neighborhood.

About: Hi! I’m Samara and I am a HUGE animal lover. I’ve been taking care of and been around sorts of animals since I was 13. From farm animals (chickens, goats, horses) to household pets such as dogs, cats, rabbits, reptiles and fish. I have experience with many different breads as well as ages of animals. I am comfortable taking care of animals that need medications as well as I have cared for diabetic animals that need injections, seizure medication and eye meds. With my extensive background and love for animals I ensure I am always extremely attentive to their needs and behaviors. I’ve grown up with animals my whole life and any pet I care for, I treat it like my own. There is nothing more special than are furbabies and I want you to know that I will give them 110% care each and every time I care for them! I am a morning person and work from home. I have 1 young cat (who basically acts like a dog) in my home along with an 2 month old corgi pup and an 12 year old lab mix. Always make sure there are fresh, clean and filled water bowls! Sometimes on the weekend I will take them to a walking trail or dog park. I always ensure my pets are taken care of first and since I work from home it really allows me to cater my schedule around their needs. My animals are truly my world. Comfort is the most important part! A lot of our time is always great, off leash and the ability to be free and sniff around. I always keep and eye on the pets to make sure everyone is acting appropriately and behaving. I will send videos and pictures and make sure you are always kept in the loop on your pets status. I am also a very active person so enjoy going for walks and runs!

“Clarke was great with our meet and greet. She was pleasant to talk to and was great with our dogs. She was attentive to instructions on how to care for our two dogs. Our dogs are old 12 and 14 yo so they occasional have accidents in the house and on our walkways, Clarke was warned about the issues. We were pleased with how well she dealt with the dog's accidents while we were away. Our house was left clean and our walkway was clear. While we were on our vacation, Clarke took pictures of our dogs for us. When we needed to sent Clarke text messages, she was quick to respond back to us regarding our dogs' status. Overall, it was a great experience having Clarke take care of our 2 dogs. I highly recommend her and will use her again if she is available during the time we need her for a job.”

I have trained basic skills, potty trained and crate trained dogs. About: My earliest memory was of adopting my first dog, a Weimaraner we named Halle. Since then, caring for dogs has been a staple part of my life. Few things are as exciting to me as meeting a new dog and learning all about their habits. I've sitted small and medium sized dogs of neighbors and family members for the last 10 years or so. I can handle dogs of any age, but I have lots of experience with senior dogs. Additionally, I've been trained by a veterinarian to supply IV fluids as well as administer other kinds of medication effectively such as pills or liquids. If your pet needs this extra care, I can provide it. I work remotely, so I can spend my work days keeping your dog company while you are away. I am unavailable Monday evenings, but otherwise I am available for drop ins any day of the week. Making your dog feel comfortable and safe is my top priority task. The second most important task is being respectful of my client's property while caring for pets in their home. I know the anxious feeling of leaving your pet with someone else, so I will strive to earn your trust so you can focus on enjoying your time out of town. Additionally, I always perform leash/collar checks to ensure they are securely fastened.

He came over to visit us before leaving for vacation to meet us and our pets. James administered medication and took wonderful care of our 4 cats and dog. About: I am a people and an animal person. I love dogs more than anything and I also love cats. I used to have a puppy but she had very serious health issues and unfortunately passed and I now have two more dogs. I have experienced with sick dogs and have also given insulin shots for a diabetic pup that I sometimes care for. No job is too big for me, I love animals of all sizes. I have two dogs of my own so I am used to tending to their wants and needs. They are constantly going on walks and being played with. I frequently find different enrichment ideas for them. Animals make mistakes and have accidents from time to time so I think it’s important to not yell but rather give them more love. My dogs have anxiety so I know how important it is to make them feel safe and loved.

About: I offer high-energy walks at any pace your dog needs! If they like a fast paced walk, I’m there. If they like to take their time and sniff, I’m there. I love to get pictures of your pup on walks, not only to show their owner how much they’re enjoying their walk, but to look back on and remember when we first started our walks :) I have been taking care of dogs for the past 6 years and have a true passion for helping dogs. In 2023, I rescued an 8 month old puppy with straight leg syndrome that couldn’t walk without his wheel chair. He’s now a year and 8 months old and able to stand, walk, run, climb 4 stairs, and swim!! He proved he doesn’t need that wheelchair with the help of weekly PT appointments and lots of at home exercises! I am a nanny Monday-Thursdays until 2:00pm. I am available those days after 2:30pm for drop-in visits or dog walking! I am available 24/7 Friday-Sunday for your fur babies! I have two fur babies who are extremely friendly and always love visitors! I have a big yard that is partially fenced in, but will keep dogs on leashes if needed! I have long leashes to give them that “off-leash” feel but still being secure. I also would love to bring your dog on adventures with my dogs (beach trips, trail walks, swimming, etc). :)
