About: My first unofficial job was pet sitting for friends family pets as a teenager. Since then throughout college and young adult life I have often been the first one people reach out to for taking care of their dogs, cats or both! I now have two cats of my own but would like to continue to be of service to those who need a trusted pet sitter while they are away, at work or need extra help! Friends and family know they can trust me to take care of their fur babies, and accommodate to their needs. I’m currently working Tuesday-Saturdays at a small restaurant. About: I grew up dogs from the time I was little- labs, retrievers, shepherds- and had a special needs rescue dog with my partner for many years who lived to be fifteen. When she passed, my partner and I started boarding and house sitting regularly and have built up a pretty cute little pack. We have found a gem of a dog sitter!! Elise was very attentive to our senior dog who is almost completely blind and also has diabetes. I know it is not easy giving a dog insulin shots but Elise stuck to it and they were soon very fast friends. Elise kept us updated while we were away with pics and Tessa looked very happy. So glad I found Kari! She watched our 2 greyhounds for 2 nights in Oct. and did great. My dogs were very comfortable with her, walked well with her and were able to keep their regular routine with us out of town. They require meds which she administered without issue and send me regular updates and pictures. I also appreciate that Kari left the house as she found it. We had a fantastic experience with John, who dog sat for us for 9 days while we were away. We had never left our dog before so were nervous about how this would go, but John was so communicative, responsible, friendly, and helpful that we were able to enjoy our trip knowing that Leo was in the best of hands. He sent adorable pictures of Leo every day and was easy to contact. We came home to an immaculate house and a very happy dog.
