“Madeleine was great! She communicated with me while I was gone about my dog and daily activities. She also left the house spotless and washed the sheets and towels. I will definitely use her again to watch my dog and house sit:)”

“Sergey was great! We hired him for house/dog sitting while we were away for a long weekend and he made it so easy for us. The dogs liked him, and he clearly gave them a lot of attention. When we came home the house was spotless. You would have had no idea someone had been staying there for 4 days. He was very easy to get ahold of, and followed up a few days before the booking to confirm and schedule a second meet & greet. Would absolutely recommend.”

“It was great to have John stay in our house and watch our dear Dora for a week while we were out of town. He kept us in the loop throughout the stay and was a great guest and dog sitter.”

“I would recommend Amy for your house and pet sitting needs. Amy house sat for us over a long weekend and took care of our dogs, cats, and fish. She followed our instructions and was very communicative. Everything was in order when we returned and pets were happy. Thanks, Amy!”

“Jay stayed with my dog Lucy while I went on a business trip across the country and she was so wonderful with my sweet old girl. She was very curious about Lucy’s needs and communicated with me and shared some pictures along the way. I came home to a happy dog and I’m so grateful to Jay for taking such good care of her!”

About: Ever since I was born, my family always had dogs in the house as they would often provide foster care, we also ended up adopting a few of them! When I was older, around 14, I began looking after and caring for animals from my friends and family. Because of this, I have great experience with dogs, cats, guinea pigs, reptiles and even pigs! I'm currently searching for a new job - so I have plenty of time to fit in animal care daily. For the meantime, I treat this as my part-time job! I live in a pet-friendly apartment complex. My apartment has doors separate my room and the kitchen, so its easy for me to watch animals within my space. There is also an enclosed outdoor area for easy walks!
“Jeanelle took great care of our girl Gretchen while we were out of town for a few days. Very communicative with us and attentive to our pup. Highly recommend!”

About: Hi, My name is Muriel and I am originally from France. I moved to the US 9 years ago and I miss having cats in my life! I used to cat sit there (home and people's home) for 4 years. My family also owned cats when I was younger. I am used to them and they get easily used to me! At home, it's me, my husband and our 5 year old girl. Tyler and Julia are both big fan of cats. Julia is very gentle with animals and i taught her to respect them. We have a house with a fenced yard. If your cat is not supposed to go outside, I'll make sure to keep the doors and windows closed. Can't wait to meet your pet! I am working full time from home, from 8 to 5 pm. I'll be happy to have a cat keep me company! Our daughter goes to school from 8:30 to 5pm. We allow cats to use our furniture and sleep with us (hopefully!!!!) Because I work remotely, I spend most of the day at home with your cat. I love to play with them using little strings or aluminum foil balls. My daughter Julia will also help with that part of course! I change the litter several times a day to avoid smells. I am also happy to brush/comb your cat :)
“Sara did a wonderful job caring for our fur kids. Our dogs are elderly and she was able to administer all of their required medications and feeding needs. She kept the house spotless. She is a top notch communicator and provided several photos and updates on our dogs’ activities. We are truly thankful for her help and flexibility, especially given our request was last minute. We highly recommend her! Thanks Sara!!”

“Renee was great, checking in with questions when needed. One of my dogs is more needy and she let me know so I could offer suggestions. I've invited her to come back and she said yes, so that's a good sign!”

“Miranda was absolutely fantastic. She was responsible, kind, and caring. She took great care of cowboy for two days and sent me lots of pictures and videos. Cowboy seemed to really like and trust her. Best experience I’ve had with a rover sitter. Very friendly - would highly recommend.”

“Samantha is so incredible!!! The most wonderful, thoughtful, kind, respectful sitter you could ever hope for!!! The animals love her, and she takes amazing photos too!!! Above and beyond, she is the best!!”

“100/10 recommend Sydney. Did not worry one bit about my pets for my whole trip — received frequent updates without asking which I super appreciated. My shy girl warmed up to her instantly which says it all to me! So happy with my choice in a sitter and will book again :)”

“I hit the jackpot finding Savannah. Archie seemed so much more chill and happy after spending a few days with her. My apartment was just like I left it. And she kept in touch with me with pictures and comments. I’m grateful to have found her.”

Nasons Corner pet parents share their Rover experiences
We are so grateful to have had Celine take care of our Rugie this last weekend - she sent updates throughout the days we were away, with adorable photos that showed our pup was happy and in good hands. She took time to play with our pup, snuggle with him, and spent considerable time at the house keeping him company. Celine, THANK YOU so much for all your help & for being so caring with our boy - 100% will be booking again!

John really got us out of a jam when our grandchild arrived 8 days early. His alacrity, flexibility, proffesionalism, and willingness to help meant we could focus on our daughter and her newborn. We got frequent updates on the dogs and generally felt comfortable with John in our house.
Shannon was an angel! Odie ended up really sick and needed to go to the emergency vet. Shannon took him, and took such good care of him the following days! She administered meds, cooked him rice and chicken and was his champion the whole time! I cant recommend her enough. She was amazing! I was so lucky she was there to take such great care of my baby!

Madeleine was AWESOME! She took such great care of our dog and house while we were away for over a week. Communicated daily and was quick to respond when we reached out. We loved getting pictures of our dog so we knew he was being well cared for. Thanks again :)

Savannah clearly loves animals and took good care of my pup who is anxious and has some daily medications. She was communicative and sent lots of pictures! It put my mind at ease knowing how well cared for my pup was. The house was very clean and neat as I had left it when I got back as well!

Sam is organized, thoughtful, responsible, conscientious, responsive, and kind! He sent lots of photos and mini videos while house-sitting for Clover. He went above and beyond, watering my Christmas tree, bringing in packages, etc. and he left my apartment spotless. He was the best caregiver, all around. I am so happy to have found him.

Gwen took care of our senior babies for a few overnights. They were very calm and contented when we got home.🥰 Gwen has a large dog just like ours and Nahla was all over her from the very first minute. Alphie, our king of the house cat came looking for lovins soon after. Gwen didn't blink when Alphie came down with a cold a few days before we left and thus needed twice daily meds. We are so grateful we found Gwen.

Michelle was awesome! She came to our house a week ahead of the stay to meet the pups and get the lay of the land. She stayed with them at the house for two nights and sent us updates and photos throughout the weekend. She is attentive, responsible and caring. When we got home, the dogs were excited to see us but also calm and clearly had enjoyed their time with Michelle. Can’t recommend her enough and we hope she’s available for a home stay the next time we are out of town!

Silvia was amazing with my pups. I was in Finland for a week and she let me know how they were doing everyday. It’s hard for me to leave them for extended periods of time, but as soon as I met Silvia I knew that her kind personality was just the right fit for my dogs. I would hire Silvia again in the future, I really appreciated the care she gave my dogs while I was gone.

Tiffany is wonderful with our animals, with communication - with everything. I'm not good at planning, and this last weekend had some small unanticipated changes (like my dog's allergies breaking out...) and Tiffany was so wonderful in communicating with us and assisting with some treatments. We're very lucky to have had her to stay with our animals.
