Alex so awesome. I would highly recommend her to watch your precious angels. She made everything so easy. She was very patient with my huge scared and shy newfoundland Buckley. My other 2 dogs Harpo and Jax fell in love with her very quickly. Alex and i messaged back and forth and i gave her some ideas to get Buckley to warm up to her. She was very thankful for the ideas and Buckley warmed up to her after only a couple visits. I didn't have to worry while on vacation because she was very communicative. I felt like they were in such good hands. Would definitely recommend her and will definitely be using her again!

Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
