“Rachel was wonderful! Literally I was a hot mess and missing my babies from hour one and she answered every question and went above and beyond. It has taken us years to find a cat sitter and Rachel made it so easy I could cry. Would recommend over and over again!”

“Kirsten always does a good job with our girls, even though one of our girls is very timid. She always leaves us a lot of pictures too, which we love. We would definitely recommend her!”

“Kayla has been terrific with our Rocky. He just loves her! She recently stayed at our home for a week and while caring for our pup, she was respectful of our home and belongings. She also communicates well and is prompt with responses. We love the pictures she sent each day so we knew Rocky was being well-cared for and having a good time.”

“She is wonderful!! My dogs loved her and I felt so happy that someone was with my dogs while I had to be out for outing with family!! Thank you so much”

“I sent Ioana the request on short notice, and she was very happy to help. She sent photos for every visit, and even took extra time to play with the cats.”

“I can't reccomend Taylor enough! She took such good care of my cats and lizard while we were on vacation for a week. We have a very shy and standoffish cat and it was clear to me that Taylor made them all feel so safe and comfortable based on how willing the cats were to let her snap pics of them every day - shes a great photographer too! Great communication, punctual, flexible (thank you again for feeding and keeping an eye on our bearded dragon!), and just all around a wonderful sitter who we will absolutely be booking with again. I would trust her in my home and with my pets any day. Thank you Taylor!”

“Deanna was very communicative and took great care of my kitties. She sent me loads of pictures and kept me updated on everything everyday. I really appreciated it as it allowed me to travel worry free, knowing that my cats were well looked after while I was away.”

“Chad was amazing! Booked with him last second after our original sitter canceled. Never used Rover so I was definitely hesitant, but couldn’t have lucked out with anyone better than Chad. He was early for every appointment and gave both our dogs nothing but TLC the entire visit. My wife would look on the cameras and our female loved Chad, they just played constantly. Our grumpy, old male seemed to enjoy his visits, which was a huge relief. I couldn’t recommend Chad enough, he’s extremely professional, diligent, and made us feel at ease during a stressful time.”

“Abby is a superior dog sitter. I have 4 special needs yorkies & Havanese and Abby had to medicate, feed special food and provide lots of attention even carrying a dog downstairs to go to the bathroom. Abby is proactive, attentive & cleans everything so effectively!! Highly recommend!”
“Christi gave us peace of mind and really took great care of our dogs while we were away! She was super patient with our exuberant pup and also with our anxious pup, which allowed her to get comfortable with her. Highly recommend 😊”

About: I had a Rottweiler for 8.5 years, I lost him 8/23/2024. I currently dog sit every once in a while for my granddog Odie and sister in law's dog Bandit. Photos in profile. I work from home 4 days a week. So pets can normally go out at any time. The one day I go to the office it is an 8 hour day. Walking would be after 5:30 pm. I have fenced in back yard. No other pet at this time. I can walk your dog in a pet friendly neighborhood. I am comfortable with all size dogs.

“Denise did a great job. She had great communication and sent us lots of pictures of our dogs. I feel very comfortable having her in my house. She was very accommodating to my last minute request. We'll definitely use her again. Thanks so much!”

“Jessica is amazing! We just brought home a new puppy to join our rescue pup. Different ages, different temperaments, different levels of bravery. Jessica meets them where they are and has given our rescue the time he needs to warm up to her. Now our updates include him crawling into her lap for snuggles in between potty breaks and play time with the puppy. The thoughtful updates and adorable photos (glamour shots) truly make my day.”

About: I’ve had pets since I was 5! After college I adopted my own dog who passed away at 15. I’ve pet sit for various friends and family members and have experience with dogs 6 pounds to 80! If I have regular clients whose pets I get to know, I will be open to in the future. Since I have a cat, I want to ensure the comfortability of both pets.

Gahanna pet parents share their Rover experiences
Adriana was so wonderful to work with! She cared for our 2 cats while we were away and showed a huge appreciation and understanding for cat care and needs, which can be rare. She went above and beyond taking care of the home while we were away as well. Will definitely book again! Thanks so much Adriana!!

Rachel went above and beyond. She noticed one of the litter boxes getting low and added more litter (a task we’d forgotten in our rush to get going). Rachel washed up cat food bowls so we wouldn’t have as much to do when we returned and sent photos of everyone each visit. We will definitely be a repeat customer!
