She was patient with letting Parsley get to know her, and didn't try to force anything. Parsley and Ruth started playing and chasing each other right away - it was awesome to see our usually shy and anxious girl come out of her shell so quickly. We were updated frequently with plenty of pictures. We could tell that Parsley was having an absolute blast - which was confirmed when I went to pick her up and she didn't want to leave. Brittney is an absolute lifesaver! She watched our dog Max for over a week. He happened to get sick completely out of the blue on day one (nothing to do with her care, just bad timing). She got him to the urgent care without hesitation, kept us updated, and was incredibly flexible with his meds and schedule. Through it all, she made sure Max felt loved with plenty of walks and playtime to keep his spirits high. We came home to a happy, healthy pup. Sophie was great with Pax. She was clearly a dog lover and took wonderful care of Pax in her home. I received lots of updates and pics — communication was great from beginning to end. This was my first time leaving Pax with a sitter from Rover and Sophie made me feel very confident she would be well taken care of.
Paige was incredible! She was so responsive sent several pictures of Bailey while we were gone and when we went to pick her up she had all of her stuff packed up and ready to go - she had even broken down her crate so we could just put it in the car. It seemed like Bailey had a great time playing with Paige’s other dogs and they definitely got lots of love and attention! Would definitely leave Bailey with Paige and her wife in the future!
Kaila has my recommendation with zero reservations. She went above and beyond navigating my dog's troubles with his food. She was perfect in her communication, and even drove to pick up special food for my pup. The end result was a healthy dog and my eternal gratitude. Katie was great taking care of our 2 elderly rescue dachshunds. Making sure they ate even if they needed a little encouragement with some cheese and gave medicine for any anxiety the first night as they adjusted to their new surroundings.
