Abby and Steve are the absolute BEST!!! Our yellow lab, Ali Marie, just spent 5 days with them and their dog, Winnie! At the meet and greet, they wanted to know all about Ali; her routine, schedule, likes and dislikes and anything that would help them to know Ali and provide the very best experience! Abby does just what she says she will do. Under her care, Ali was walked daily, fed at her usual times, including snacks and treats. We received daily pictures, and a brief review of the days activities. The bonus for Ali was that they have a beautiful playful dog. Ali loved the interaction with Winnie and the company each day. This was my first time using Rover and my first time leaving Jessie with someone we didn’t know and so I was definitely a bit nervous. But Caitlin was phenomenal and just speaking with her helped ease my anxiety. She was friendly, responsive and provided me with updates that made me feel much better during Jessie’s stay. I was very nervous to leave my dog because this is the first time he has ever been left with anyone or away from us. I seek out on Rover and started to read a bunch of different reviews and Lacie stood out to me. I reached out to her and she asked all of the right questions that started to ease my mind. After meeting her, I knew she was the one that I could trust with my dog. I received daily updates and pictures which helped tremendously to make me feel more comfortable of where he was. If you’re ever on the fence of wanting to leave your dog with someone I 100% recommend Lacie!! She is just the sweetest and will treat your fur baby like her own.
