“Oh my!! Will and Bibiana, are the absolute best! We called them literally at the last minute made a booking they accepted the booking for our Charlie. This couple is awesome!!!! Very nice, very friendly, immediate welcome our Charlie with his disability into their home. They showed no hesitation to just make him feel welcome. Very professional , house is a place that you would want your very family taken care of. Our dog Charlie is a special needs dog. They didn’t even hesitate to say that they would take care of him as we had a funeral for my husband‘s uncle today in Cincinnati. Thank you, thank you, thank you Will and your lovely wife. Jess was so sweet and took great care of my dogs! She was very friendly and accommodating to the schedule of our dogs. She sent updated everyday and I can tell she really loves and cares for all animals. Our dogs can get a little anxious in new environments but I could tell they felt comfy pretty quickly. Jess was very communicative and overall I would definitely have her watch my dogs again!
Above and beyond all my expectations‼️ It made my day every day I was gone to see pics and videos of my kiddos. I didn’t have to worry about them at all‼️ Carly even sent me messages double checking a couple of thing‼️ My kiddos can be high maintenance with attention (and sleeping) so I greatly appreciated Carly’s patience with them‼️ I could tell they had a great time because when I picked them up they were completely relaxed and happy‼️ I could not have asked for better - Carly is the best‼️‼️‼️

Houix If this rover is amazing, I mean from the start to the fitness very communicative and also she even has the option to even pick your dog up if you’re not able to have transportation. She loves dogs and she was sending you videos and pictures throughout the day, of her interacting and playing with your dog. Along with her other dog she has herself. my flight even got delayed, so I had to extend my reservation one more day, and she had no problem with allowing lyrics to stay an extra day. I highly recommend having her watch or board your dog whenever you need somebody to help with watching your dog.
Andrea was great with my dog chumley. She made sure to send lots of pictures of him throughout the day which was helpful for me to see how he was doing. When weather prevented me from getting back on time, she remained flexible and was able to extend the booking and pulled food from her own supply to make sure Chum remained fed. I'm very pleased with how things went and I look forward to working with her in the future.
Betsy was great with “Rudy” our standard poodle. Rudy is 12 years old and is very attached to me. Betsy and her daughter treated Rudy as their own, giving him lots of cuddles. The many pictures she sent were comforting and I know Rudy was loved and taken care of. We can’t thank her enough!
This was our first time ever booking a rover or boarding for our dog Jersi and Emily made it a great experience! She was very communicative, shared lots of pictures of Jersi, and kept us updated on how she was doing. We are so thankful that Jersi was left in such good care with Emily and a bonus that Emily’s own fur baby was there to play with Jersi during her stay.
