She is extremely accommodating and understanding. Our 2 pups have a number of quirks, but Ellen worked with them and gave them a home away from home. She sent multiple pictures a day and some videos, along with an update of the daily activities. We will absolutely be using Ellen if we go away and need a sitter. I cannot speak any higher of Ellen. “Mary was absolutely amazing with Layla! She communicated consistently and thoughtfully, sending pictures at least twice a day, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. Layla usually goes on a bit of a hunger strike when I leave, but she was so comfortable with Mary that she ate every single meal. That alone says everything! Layla looked genuinely happy in every photo and was clearly very well cared for. Mary also shared how much she loved spending time with Layla, and it truly sounds like they both had a great time together. She provided a clean and adequate space for Cleo to stay with all essentials provided. She had two other cats with her that Cleo was able to interact with, and Cleo was able to get along with both of them. All in all, I would definitely recommend Saunta if you are looking for someone to look after your kitty while you are away for a couple days or weeks.”
