“Erika was great. Very quick at texting back. I never got a bad vibe from her during the whole process. Balou had a bit of a soft stool problem when I dropped him off and we worked together to get him back to normal, she carried him down the stairs when he wouldn't go himself (arthritis). I even had a flight delay and she was willing to keep him for extra time and go get him more food if needed. Definitely recommend!!! I will be using her for future trips.”

We felt great leaving our baby in such great hands, and we will definitely book with Sally again!”

“Julie was so sweet to Leoh and made me feel confident he would fit right in during our meet and greet. He was a wonderful addition for Layla and Lua, and completed 'The Triple-L Pup Squad!' Julie was flexible and helpful by picking Leoh up from my friend's house in her neighborhood, so I could make sure to get to the airport on time. I was so glad to hear that she had not seen her pup Layla as active as she was when Leoh was over, since before having her surgeries. I received lots of photos and videos of 'adventure time' and playtime while I was away. Julie took time to explain the dogs' interaction, including all of the 'play sneezing' they were doing and how Leoh behaved on walks. I will for sure be contacting Julie for future boarding needs, with the recommendation of Leoh, of course!”

I received several photos and a video each day. I did not have any worries and was able to enjoy my vacation without wondering how my dog was doing. I have found my permanent boarding and I couldn’t be happier!”
