I live in a clean, pet-friendly apartment where dogs are welcome on the sofa and treated like part of the family. While I don’t have a yard, I provide multiple leashed walks throughout the day in the neighborhood to ensure plenty of exercise, fresh air, and bathroom breaks. In both my home and a client’s home, I prioritize safety, routine, and comfort. I carefully follow feeding schedules, medication instructions, and house rules, and I always monitor dogs closely to ensure a calm, low-stress environment. My goal is to make pets feel secure and cared for, just like they would with their owner. To maintain a peaceful environment and comply with apartment policies, I am best suited for dogs that are generally calm and well-adjusted. I’m not able to accommodate dogs that bark frequently or experience significant distress when away from their owners. This helps ensure a comfortable experience for both your pet and the surrounding environment.

Every detail helps me keep them safe, happy, and comfortable: Daily routine – feeding times, walk schedule, sleep habits Diet & restrictions – food portions, allergies, treats allowed/not allowed Personality & behavior – shy, energetic, anxious, friendly with strangers or other dogs Medical needs – medications, past injuries, or health concerns Training & commands – house rules, commands they know, crate training Triggers or fears – loud noises, separation anxiety, resource guarding, etc. Social preferences – how they do with other dogs, people, or new environments Emergency contacts – vet information and preferred emergency plan The more I know, the better I can tailor care specifically to your pet’s needs and make their stay feel just like home.
A typical day
A typical day starts with a warm welcome and a quick check-in to help your dog settle into a safe, comfortable environment. I keep their routine as close to home as possible—whether that means morning walks, feeding schedules, or medication if needed. Throughout the day, your dog will get plenty of attention, supervision, and affection. I make sure they stay active, mentally engaged, and relaxed. I also provide regular updates with photos and messages so you always know how your pup is doing. Evenings are calm and cozy, with wind-down time, cuddles, and making sure your dog feels right at home before bedtime.

Maolin was a great caretaker for Nash. We were away on vacation for 10 days and she sent daily photos and videos as well as took Nash to the local dog park to play around. She really seemed to care a great deal for Nash as like she was her own. Would definitely use again and refer her to others!
