“Erica is seriously the best! I always know that Clyde is in the most loving hands while i’m away. My house is just how I left it (if not, it’s cleaner) :) and I receive daily updates and pictures. I appreciate her and so does Clyde!”

“Morgan was great taking care of our dog and 3 cats. She was even willing to help us organize contingency plans if our flights were cancelled or delayed due to inclement weather. Morgan was responsive and took great care of pets. We’ll certainly be asking for her help in the future.”

“We have 5 dogs, our babies. They were happy and well taken care of. Janeesa sent us regular photos and videos of them which really made me feel good knowing they were happy. I highly recommend.”

“Ryn was so incredibly kind and accommodating with a last minute booking. She came to meet the dogs beforehand, and then spent the day with them while we were out of town. She kept us updated and left our home exactly as she left it. Would book with her again in a heartbeat! Thank you Ryn!”

“Lyndsey took such great care of my cats, guinea pigs, and fish while I was away! I felt so comforted knowing they were in great hands while I was away. Lyndsey was very communicative and provided updates throughout the visit! If you’re thinking of booking with Lyndsey, I highly recommend!”

“Emma watched Sadie while we were away for a day. She was communicative when needed, did everything we asked of her, and even stayed a little while extra to comfort Sadie when Sadie was afraid of fireworks going off outside. Sadie was cared for and in good spirits when we returned. We would happily book Emma again!”

About: Hello! I'm a proud Upper Arlington parent that's worked with animals their entire life. I'm a registered and insured member of the National Association of Pet Sitters (NAPPS), and I've called Columbus home for over 20 years. I have about thirty years of personal experience with dogs and cats and time volunteering with local humane societies and shelters. Animal care and advocacy has always been a big part of my life. A large portion of my experience is in senior care, which is one of the most important times in a dog's life in terms of their relationship with us. It is always an honor to work with seniors. I also work in dog socialization, and have significant experience with cats, along with incidental exposure to ferrets and rabbits. When you book with me, the person who answers your first message is the same person who shows up at your door, every time. Cats get the same full attention dogs do too, with a promise of fresh water, a clean litter box if requested, playtime, and a photo with a little blurb about how the visit went. As a registered and insured NAPPS member, I take pet care and building trust with owners very seriously. Every new relationship starts with a no-pressure meet and greet at your home before anything moves forward to determine compatibility and to learn more about your family member. Off duty, I share the job with Steve a rescue rat terrier from Columbus Humane who's appointed himself Chief Inspiration Officer, Morale Officer, and, most days, The Real Boss. Pet care is currently my full time focus during working hours to help neighbors and clients who simply cannot get home in time, or for those who need to travel and require reliable incidental at-home visitation. Evening and weekends are available for those who need assistance due to vacation, travel, or emergencies. If you need an odd time, ask. I can usually make it work within the pricing structure to accommodate. I'm insured through Pet Care Insurance and a NAPPS member. Before any booking we do a free meet and greet at your home. When I care for pets at your place, I stick to your routine and keep dogs leashed on every walk.
“Could not recommend Kaylynn more! She stayed at our home for a week and took exceptional care of our dogs (and house) while we were out of town. Her communication was great and we would not hesitate to use her in the future!”

“Madeline stayed with my babies over night which I much appreciated it. She sent pictures daily of them. The 1st day with them she didn;t leave which made them feel secure. Felt like they were loved and taken care of since have 2 puppy mill moms and 3 cats which think Zoey maybe slept with her since the room she slept in Zoey has now claimed for her room.”

“Sarah did an amazing job taking care of my pups! They can sometimes have a hard time getting to know people, but took to her right from the start. She did a great job with communication and sent lots of pictures which I appreciate, and I could tell they were happy. I highly recommend her if you're looking for a dog sitter!”

“Kristen was reliable and incredibly caring towards our beloved lab. She walked him multiple times a day throughout the week and kept us updated on how he was doing. We loved the photos and videos she sent. She made sure she was with him for most of the day and we really appreciated that. She was also responsible with his food and medicine. I would highly recommend her!! Thank you again Kristen for allowing us to enjoy our vacation without worrying about pup!”

“TLDR: Amber took great care of our dog Ginger for one week while we were out of town for vacation, and I would 1000% recommend her! I reached out to Amber with a last-minute request to dog-sit in our home for one week while we were out of town. She responded quickly and set up a meet-and-greet to make sure that it would be a good fit. She asked many insightful questions that reflected her experience with animal training and care, as well as her desire to be the best dog sitter possible. Our dog instantly took to her during the meet-and-greet, which isn't always a given. Ginger is an anxious, stubborn terrier who takes daily medication. Amber administered daily medication with no issue and sent very thorough and heartwarming daily updates on Ginger's walks, potty habits, food intake, and medication. Amber was a great house guest and left our place very tidy after her one-week stay. She is a fantastic sitter, and I would recommend her to anyone, and we will definitely be booking with her again!”

“Ben provided an extended time (12 days) house-sitting both our dogs and home. He was very responsive and responsible. I highly recommend Ben… he's extremely courteous and conscientious.”

“Amber was amazing! She stayed with our for babies while we were away on vacation. She did a great job watching them and giving them all of their medications. We would definitely use her again!”

I was so grateful that Janasha was available to watch my cat over Labor Day weekend - another sitter cancelled on me and I thought I’d have to cancel my trip. Janasha was kind, communicative, and did a good job with my cat’s care. I would definitely recommend her!

Amber was amazing! I had a 10 day long trip that she stayed at my home watching my dog and sent daily updates and photos. She was available for a longer request on a short notice, which I was very very appreciative of! Scarlet loved her and made a new best friend! My home was clean and tidy when I got back as well! 🩷

Emily was incredible! She was so sweet and kind to our dogs. She eased our anxieties, and we felt comfortable leaving them with her. Emily followed the instructions we left perfectly. She kept us updated with pictures and texts. We could not have asked for a better experience, and our dogs cannot wait to play with her again. I highly recommend Emily and am so glad to have met her!

Kaitlyn took excellent care of our dogs for multiple nights while we were out of town. Our boys absolutely love her, which is a testament to the level of care she gave them. Even when one of our dogs had a medical emergency while she was watching them, Kaitlyn kept her cool and shared updates with us while waiting at the ER. We will absolutely be asking her to watch our dogs again!

Abigail was phenomenal to work with! She was great with communication, reliable and punctual, and conscientious. She has an easy-going personality and our Lab felt comfortable with her immediately. We were gone on a long vacation and she worked with well with our other dog -sitter to coordinate care of our dog during that time. I would highly recommend her and look forward to working with her again in the future!

Jessica was a great sitter! She watched my parents’ dog while they were in town visiting. She was timely and went above and beyond in sending them lots of pics, leaving a hand written note, and even took a Polaroid photo of him for us! My parents said they’d definitely book her when they’re in town again!

Rachel was always in touch, asking questions and updating on what was happening with the fur crew. She had a very sweet and bubbly personality during the meet and greet and rolled with any changes. When I got home, things were neat and orderly; counters were clean and I have a suspicion that she may have vacuumed (which was not required at all, but I appreciated her efforts). I don't take trips often, but the next time I do, I will definitely book Rachel again!

Maria was exceptional while watching our two dogs for about 10 days. From the start, her communication was clear, consistent, and reassuring, which made it so much easier for us to enjoy our time away. She kept us updated with regular messages and videos, and it was obvious our dogs were happy, relaxed, and getting lots of love and attention. She went above and beyond with daily walks, plenty of affection, and keeping our home clean and well cared for. It’s not easy to leave your pets and house in someone else’s hands, but Maria made the whole experience stress-free. We would absolutely book with her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and caring sitter.
