My background reflects how deeply I care about the well-being of all creatures, great and small. Caring for pets isn’t a side gig for me; it’s something that’s been part of my life since childhood. I grew up with three wonderful dogs of various sizes, and as an adult I’ve had a large dog of my own, two small dogs, and a cat. One of my pups was adopted from a shelter, two came to me from foster parents, and my cat was a stray who chose our home — so I’m very comfortable with pets who have unique personalities, histories, or special needs. I’m gentle, patient, and very responsible. Whether your pet needs a long walk, calm companionship, or lots of playtime, I tailor my care to make sure they feel safe, happy, and loved. I have openings 7 days a week, mornings, afternoons and evenings. I prefer to come to your home to tend to your pet. I do have a fenced in yard for my dogs, but my terrier mix can be a little bossy. I'm always open to having your pet meet my terrier though if you'd like your fur baby to stay for a visit at our house.

About: I grew up with dogs, cats and horses. I've taken care of dogs of all sizes since I was ten years old. Currently I own a cat but am comfortable with dogs of all breeds and sizes. Guapo took to him easily and was so well cared for - I also appreciated the quick check ins and pics to reassure us he was doing okay. About: All of my dog care experience has been stay at home dog sitting and volunteer work at a dog shelter. Because I work at a dog shelter, I know many of the basic techniques and rules of dog care such as grooming, clean up, body language of dogs, and taking care of dogs that may have been abused or experienced trauma in the past. I have a 2 year old french bull dog that I love. Mr. Bean brings excitement, adventure, and love to my everyday life. I am especially good at taking care of senior pets as they are my favorite to support in petsitting capacities. I am a graduate student that spends a lot of time reading, writing, and hanging out at home. Because of this, I am very flexible and can fit pet care in ways someone with a 9-5 could not. I am available in the mornings, afternoons, and evenings during the week and frequently on the weekend. I care for other's pets the way I care for my own - with patience and love. First time Rover user and I couldn’t be happier. Paige and Cindy tag teamed watching my dog while I worked out of town for a few nights. I received updates & photos regularly (which I loved) and they truly treated my girl like she was their own. I will 100% be requesting their services again. Bella was amazing for housesitting during my two week trip! This was my first time leaving my dog alone and she made me feel so comfortable. She provided me with daily updates and photos on how he was doing! Was very attentive and nurturing with him! And made sure she asked a lot of questions beforehand so I felt comfortable she was very prepared for things I hadn’t even considered when leaving him. She is amazing with dogs. Cannot recommend her enough!!!
We are very happy with care that Stephen provided for our dog Pompey. Stephen is a very nice, polite and responsible young man. He asked all the right questions about our dog and our requirements. We would hire him again if we are in the area. He kept us updated about his stay, which we really appreciated.

We felt very comfortable leaving Abby in charge of our house and fur children. She sent us pictures and checked in every couple of days and was very quick to respond. She even helped us out by coming back the last day to let the pups out because our flight didn't get back until late. We would love to book her again for our next vacation.
Kelly was phenomenal with our large and energetic dogs. We got frequent updates very consistent with their normal personalities so they were very comfortable around her. When we got home, I could tell they'd had plenty of play and interaction as they were (relatively) calm and content. We would absolutely have her sit again in the future and for longer sits. She is reliable, trustworthy, and natural with animals.
