He stayed at our house and the way he made sure he understood my instructions was before we left was awesome. About: Animals are my entire life, and also my eventual career! Over 10 years ago I started walking my neighbors dogs and fell in love with animal care. Since then, I have gained a ton of experience by working with all sorts of animals in my high school animal labs and farms, working in a small animal vet clinic, volunteering at shelters and ICUs, pet sitting for family friends, knowledge through my animal science courses, and much more. I love all types of animals, and I truly hope to provide the best of service to your family pets! I am currently a college student, but I have a lot of free time throughout the week and the weekends to provide my services. My best availability is from Fri-Sun, however I can still fit quality care throughout most of the week Every time I let your pet go outside, I always make sure to have them on a leash to keep control of them for everyone’s safety. In fenced in areas, I am always outside with them to supervise so they have someone to play with and make sure they are keeping out of trouble. I am very flexible in pet care and will do whatever it takes to cater to their needs

“Janasha stayed at our home with our 2 dogs for 10 days while we were in Europe. She came over twice beforehand, once to meet them and another to go over everything just before the trip, and she was exactly what we were hoping to find in a dogsitter / housesitter. Janasha sent multiple daily updates, photos, videos, that gave us plenty of reassurance. She administered medication and followed detailed instructions for our 2 senior dogs. After a long flight home, we came back to a clean house, watered plants, and happy dogs! I highly recommend Janasha!”

About: Pet care has always come second nature to me as a 4th generation farmer. Between farming and 4H, I learned the intricacies of animal care at a young age and have used these skills to provide first-class experience for all pets I visit. I'm confident in reading animal body language, administering medications/shots, and providing specialized care for senior or reactive pets. I work a part-time, in-person job, so most day/afternoon hours are unavailable. Morning, evening, and nights are my best hours. My ideal pets can go 4-8 hours between bathroom visits. I try to keep your pet's routine as unchanged as possible while you're away, which is why I prefer housesitting over boarding. “We consider ourselves very lucky to have found Ashley on such short notice ahead of the holidays. Our dates were in flux and we couldn't book as far in advance as we would have liked. I was VERY anxious booking someone new for a full week (as our normal sitter was not available) especially given we have a senior cat that requires regular meds, but Ashley did everything in her power to make this paranoid cat mom feel at ease! She stopped by for a meet and greet ahead of the booking. She sent loads of pictures and updates, including regular updates on how my senior boy was doing taking his meds. Both cats seemed very comfortable with her as evidenced by the snuggles my senior cat gave and the very limited number of hisses from our spicy girl. When we got home, the house was in impeccable shape and Ashley even brought in our mail/packages, which I greatly appreciated! We will definitely be rebooking with Ashley next time we need someone to watch the buddies!”
