I reached out to Maddie and she was able to accommodate, even with short notice. She was able to confirm and came and took Joey for a walk in the early afternoon. About: I’m currently a graduate student at The Ohio State University, and alongside my academic work, caring for dogs has always been a big part of my life. I’ve owned and cared for a variety of dogs of many different breeds and sizes. Growing up and into adulthood, I’ve gained hands-on experience with daily walks, feeding schedules, and playtime. I understand how important it is to maintain your dog’s routine and make them feel comfortable while you’re away. As both a responsible graduate student and a lifelong dog owner, I bring reliability, organization, and genuine care to every visit. My goal is too make sure your dog feels safe, happy, and well cared for, and to give you peace of mind while you’re away! As a graduate student at The Ohio State University, I’m only in class for a portion of the day Monday through Thursday, which gives me consistent flexibility throughout the week. Outside of class, my schedule is structured but open, allowing me to plan pet care visits, walks, and check-ins reliably. Because my academic commitments are predictable, I’m able to maintain a steady routine and dedicate focused time to each dog I care for. Whether it’s midday walks, morning or evening visits, I have availability throughout the week and can provide dependable, attentive care. When caring for pets in other homes, I prioritize keeping their routine as normal and consistent as possible. I carefully follow all instructions regarding feeding schedules, walk times, medications, and any specific preferences your pet may have. My goal is to make them feel safe and comfortable in their own environment.

About: One thing that makes me stand out as a good dog sitter is that I always have put the needs of animals ahead of my own. I raised a beautiful golden who had many sicknesses, most relating to her allergies. She had anxiety, and many ear infections, feet infections, an eye infection and once , she got a blood clot in her ear which was very painful and required a lot of meds and TLC. I have an excellent veterinarian who gave us the best care. She got a walk on most days, excluding severe weather days. She got regular brushing, nail clippings, etc. She loved to play with balls and she loved pepperonis her whole life. I have raised several puppies and cared for several senior dogs and just being around animals especially dogs makes me happy. I am a teacher currently and I have evenings, weekends and breaks during the school year and during the summer I have time during the day for the month of June and my schedule frees up starting July and August. I have a fenced in backyard, no animals currently. I have a wonderful place to walk dogs and care for their needs. I love walking .

About: Since I was a teenager, neighbors, friends and colleagues have often asked me to watch dogs while they are away. Then walking dogs helped me get through graduate school and now I want to keep it going even as I work as a counselor! I am licensed professional counselor, but when I don’t have a client, I am completely open for things such as watching or walking your pets! I can easily fit that into my schedule. I am a quick learned and will do anything to make sure your pets get to know me and are comfortable! You share how you prefer things to be done and I’ll follow that to a T.

About: I have had a dog or cat, male & female, most of my life in both urban, suburban, and rural settings. Comfortable with all breeds and needs. I’m not afraid of the dirty work and am not lazy. I will accomodate your needs and follow your instructions verbatim. I will treat your pet as my own. I have a flexible schedule that varies from week to week but I know well in advance what that will be and can control it with adequate notice. I’m gainfully employed already, but recent life changes have left me with additional free time and a need for supplemental income. I truly love animals (just check my Instagram feed...) and can handle anything. I will ensure your furbaby is treated with the same care/love that you would provide he or she.

About: I grew up with dogs and have been caring for them since I was 10 years old. Over the years, I’ve pet sat for neighbors, family, and friends, with experience caring for both larger breeds like Siberian Huskies and smaller breeds like Maltese. I’m also a cat mom! I’ve fostered cats and volunteered with a local cat rescue, so I’m comfortable caring for cats with all kinds of personalities. I also have experience caring for smaller pets, including fish, hamsters, gerbils, guinea pigs, rabbits, and parakeets. Growing up, my house was basically a small zoo! I work a hybrid schedule and am in the office one day a week, giving me flexibility to care for your pets on weekdays and weekends. I take the time to learn each pet’s personality, needs, and preferences. I’ll treat your pets like my own and provide updates so you can have peace of mind while you’re away.

About: I have been around dogs my whole life. I take pride in showing them love and attention to make them feel at ease while their humans are away. I am currently working part time with a flexible schedule so I have plenty of time to fit in caring for fur babies. I am also fully mobile. I have a great attention to detail and am committed to mine/your pets well being. Making sure fresh food and water is available, playtime is extremely important as well as maintaining their routine as close as possible. Keeping an eye on any changes in behavior, appetite and bathroom habits. Providing plenty of love and affection which can also help in reducing any stress and anxiety.
