9. Samantha W.
About: I've taken care of family dogs, both large and small, since around age twelve. In high school I also cared for a bird, as well as part of my adulthood. In early adulthood I worked for three years as a professional dog handler and dog walker for a company in New York City. I am accustomed to reading dogs body language and keeping them safe and feeling secure. I've lived with cats in more recent years and have consistently been hired to cat sit for neighbors. I am comfortable with elder pets, administering medications, and helping anxious pets feel more comfortable at home and out in the world. I also have some experience with smaller mammals (rabbits, guinea pigs, domestic rats) as well as some farm animals. I am a full-time grad student, so my schedule is much more flexible than a 9-5 worker. That said, at the moment I can only take care of pets who can be alone for at least four hours at a time during the week because of my class schedule (weekends I'm more flexible). You can depend on me to safely enter and exit your home with care for security and cleanliness, and I'd always touch base with you for any concerns. I'm also disabled by long-COVID and take many COVID mitigations (still masking), so I'd be safer for immunocompromised clients. For drop-in visits and popping into your home for a dog walk, I will be masked. For pet sitting overnight, I'm always happy to take a COVID test—just let me know!

12. LaDonna R.

13. Victoria P.
“I had Victoria watch my cat for a long weekend and I can’t recommend her enough. I’m not sure I could’ve taken better care of him myself! I received frequent updates & pictures and she even played with him much more than I would’ve expected. It was very nice to not be worried about him while being away, something any pet owner could relate to.”

14. Zakia B.

“Awesome!!! Thank you so much!! And thank you for throwing the frisbee!! I wasn’t thinking and should have put that on too! That made her very happy. :)”

15. Colleen M.
“I went out of town for a weekend and Colleen did a drop in watch for my kitty boy Carl. Carl tends to not love people, but he warmed up to Colleen right away! He was a happy healthy boy when I returned and can’t wait to use Colleen for future sits!”

16. Sean R.

“Sean is very communicative about his schedule and any changes. He also always gives me a wonderful rover card so I know exactly what happened on the walk! Mila loves Sean!”

17. Naomi M.

“Naomi & Jonathan are great. both myself and my pup were very anxious in the beginning about having a very first dog walking service ever. however, both Naomi & Jonathan were super nice and very much professional everytime they came to my place to walk my pup. since this was the very first time having a dog walking with someone my pup never knew before, it might have been very challenging for both my pup and Naomi/Jonathan. however, Naomi/Jonathan were super encouraging and they kept me updated in details everytime with tons of pics and videos. I shared my pup's health concerns with Naomi/Jonathan and they were very flexible with their schedule to fit into my pup's condition and they gave lots of advice. i'm super glad that i found them in my neighborhood and thankful that now i have Naomi/Jonathan to reach out to when i need help on watching/walking my pup.”

About: As from a former animal foster family and being pet sitter since I was 14, I promise to adore and protect your furry family the same way I do my own 4 cats and 3 dogs. I have experience with cats and dogs of all ages. Whether it is going for a walk, or a daily drop-ins, I will give them all the attention they desire and match whatever energy they need. I think animals make our lives so much better, and it’s only right to give them the best love and care they deserve! I am a college student looking to take her academic breaks to make a bit of money for school and destress at the same time by being around some amazing fluffy friends. It’s honestly one of the best jobs because of who I get to work with! My variability does vary as a product of my schooling. I am a very regimented person. I like steps and structure, and follow the needs of the pets and desires of owners to the letter. I find it important not to change too much on your pets when you are away, so sticking to their system and what they know best will reduce their stress. It’s their home and their space, I’m just visiting.

19. Alexia R.
“Lexi loves animals and it is apparent in her behavior! She is a highly responsible and loving pet caregiver. She volunteers to walk dogs at the local animal shelters in her free time. From the very first time she watched my dogs, she quickly became one of their favorite people. She is also friendly, has great communication skills, and is always timely. I cannot recommend her enough!”

20. Shayna H.
“Shayna helped care for my new puppy while I was at work! She was great with my pup and always sent me updates while she was there! She’s very trustworthy as well!”
