About: Pet care is what I do! At your service anytime, day or night. Willing to negotiate fees for special needs and circumstances. I have over three and a half years of doggie daycare work experience, and have been pet sitting part time for over six years. It’s been my pleasure to know, care for, and live with more species and age ranges of animals than I can count, including puppies and senior dogs and cats. Animals have been ruling my life for the better part of a decade. Feeding, playing with and administering medication to dogs and cats is what everything revolves around in my world. I like to walk any dogs I’m watching at least twice a day, but everything else, feeding times, medicine, treats etc. is up to the client.
“We love Megan. She is very communicative and always sends pictures of our dog while we are gone. Our dog is hard to warm up to people and she seems very comfortable with Megan while we are gone. We very highly recommend her!”

About: Please let me walk your dog! Anyone around me will tell you that I will look for their pets before I tour their home. Needless to say, I enjoy being around animals. I have cared for the pets of family, friends, and neighbors since 2012. My family first adopted dogs in 2018, and I adopted my first cat of my own in 2022. I have also adopted my own rodents in 2005 and 2017. I have raised, trained, and cared for dogs ranging from puppies to seniors, from toy-sized to giant (horse-sized). I have also cared for cats from kittens to adults, ranging from runts to Maine Coons. I am comfortable giving medications, providing close monitoring, and handling emergencies. I am able to provide the appropriate amount of care, energy, maintenance, and attention for your pet. I have gone through my own journey of improving and optimizing the way I care for animals over the years. Currently, I care for three adult cats: my cat Willow and my roommates’ cats, Juneau and Olympia. I also help care for two dogs at my family’s home—one senior and one young adult. I am a morning person who enjoys being outside, as well as staying cozy indoors and staying up late. I am an open book, so please feel free to ask me any questions. As long as you are willing to communicate openly, I am willing to work with you. :) I am a part-time student at OSU working on my B.S. in Forensic Biology and expect to graduate in May 2026! My Spring 2026 course schedule is currently from 9a–12p M–F, with some variations on certain weekdays. I work full-time at OSU Medical Center as a Med Lab Tech in the Central Processing Lab. My work schedule is from 1p–9:30p M–W and F (4 days/week), and one weekend per month from 7a–3:30p. I am on the fence about changing my work schedule to part-time, so my work schedule may change. I am pretty flexible with my schedule. Just ask, and we can always work something out. My policy is to give me a heads-up, and I also don’t mind considering same-day care—just ask about my availability! I care for any and all animals as if they were my own blood. I have experience with aggressive pets of my own in the past and encounters with aggressive animals. I worked as a lifeguard manager at my home city pool for 4–5 years, so I have extensive previous training in first aid and emergencies for humans. I am comfortable providing medications, close monitoring, and handling emergencies. I have had emergencies with pets of my own, so I know what steps are necessary and when help is needed. I have been able to care for animals with a variety of personalities, from extremely anxious or shy, to very outgoing and energetic. I deeply love and care for animals, and I want them to be able to enjoy their time apart from their owners as comfortably and happily as possible. I share a townhouse with my two friends currently; we each have our own cats. Their cats have not been around dogs before, so at this time I am unable to offer canine care services in my own home. I would have to provide feline care services in my own home on a case-by-case basis, so feel free to inquire!

Katlyn is the best! This was our second time asking her to housesit and she did a fabulous job! She follows all care instructions, leaves the house super clean, is very trustworthy, and our anxious pup Archie loves her! Will definitely be asking Katlyn to housesit again soon!

Malorie was fantastic. She took my desperate last minute request and even came over the same night before to meet us. She was so gentle and loving with my anxious senior dog and even my sassy cat was obsessed with her. She was prompt and communicative. Highly, highly recommend!

Rebecca watched my dogs and did overnights for 10 days, and she was wonderful. She sent updates every day. I could tell Rebecca was going to be good even before she sat my dogs because she was asking all the right questions. When I returned home, my house was just as clean as I left it. I would definitely hire Rebecca again.

Diane did such a wonderful job watching my two dogs on short notice when I was out of town for 4 days. One of them is a 2-year-old foster who is highly energetic and also very dog-reactive on walks, the other is a saint but also had diarrhea while I was gone. Not the easiest assignment for a sitter! But Diane was a trooper in handling them and did a great job staying in contact with me about their status and sending pics & videos, too. She really did care about their well-being and that is not always the case on Rover. Suffice to say I would gladly have Diane watch my pups again if I need a sitter.

Grace was amazing. I booked the wrong days. She helped me correct the dates. It was a last minute booking and was a huge stress relief when she was able to accommodate. She sent me pictures of my babies to let me know they were doing well. Will be definitely using Grace again!

Kun was absolutely amazing staying with our dog while we were out of town for a week. She took excellent care of him and went above and beyond. Kun sent many updates and pictures and also took him on lots of walk. We were able to relax knowing he was in such good hands. Will definitely rebook with Kun again!

Kathleen was awesome when it came to taking care of my boy. She sent daily updates and even reached out about my roommate’s cat when she thought the auto feeder was busted even though the kitty wasn’t her responsibility. She left our place in the same condition she found it in! Definitely will be using her again in the future. 10/10 couldn’t recommend more.
