“Kailyn watched our dog in our home for a long weekend and was wonderful! She provided updates and pictures. She took good care of our home while we were away. We felt completely comfortable with her and plan to have her watch our pup in the future!”

About: I’ve cared for dogs since I was young. I help all of my friends in the military when they go out of town and I know how much of a pain it can be to find someone trustworthy! I love animals and never want them to go without love and care! I am currently working at Lowe’s part time. I work 4-6 hours a day if I even work that day. My husband works in the military and is home at nights and sometimes teleworks. I have a fenced backyard and a live in a nice area where I can walk the dogs to a nice park in the middle of my neighborhood. I have a 3 year old golden retriever who loves the company just as much as I do.
“Noah did a wonderful job watching our pups while we were away! He was especially attentive and caring with our elderly dog, including administering medication, which gave us so much peace of mind. Communication was great, and we could tell our dogs were well cared for and loved. We would absolutely have Noah watch them again and highly recommend him!”

About: I have owned, fostered, and volunteered with animals for over 10 years. Not only that, I have experience with providing animal therapy in a clinical setting for the last two years. Dogs and cats hold a big piece of my heart and I genuinely love to accommodate to their needs. I have experience raising puppies and kittens, taking care of elderly cats and dogs, and dogs and cats that have behavioral problems. I am familiar on how to care for dogs that have aggressive tendencies, anxiety, and hip problems. Likewise, I have experience handling cats with aggression and timidness. I make sure to provide as much affection, activity, and attention to my pets to the best of my ability. Which I ensure the same treatment is given to your pets too. Depending on what service you would like me to provide, I am more than happy to go on long walks with your dog, offer enrichment, or maybe you have a lapdog that just needs a temporary companion. About: I've been dog sitting, dog walking and house sitting since I was in High School. Now, as an adult I want to help out more. Pet care fits perfectly within my college schedule. As classes give me a break to be able to help walk, feed or snuggle your pet. I want to be able to help recreate the normal routine your pet has as much as possible. I feel like taking an animal out of their routine sometimes affects them more than we think.
“Pleased with Eleanor's services in watching my dog! She put me at ease knowing my dog would be well taken care of and giving him attention during her sit! Definitely recommend booking with her!”

“Ben provided an extended time (12 days) house-sitting both our dogs and home. He was very responsive and responsible. I highly recommend Ben… he's extremely courteous and conscientious.”

“Mia is great. She did such a wonderful job with my two dogs. When I arrived home from my 3 day trip my place was clean and the dogs were content. It was a relief as this was my first time leaving my dogs for more than 1 day. Thank you!”

Far North pet parents share their Rover experiences
Destany was so amazing!! We had her pet sit at our hotel during a 3-day wedding and our dog has separation anxiety and is pretty shy/fussy, but he warmed up to her within one day because of how calm and caring she is! She was punctual and was so kind to be flexible with her arrival and departure times since the wedding event timings changed on the fly! We’re so grateful that we could find her on short notice, and felt so at ease that our baby was well taken care of while we were at the wedding. Thank you so much!

We had a wonderful experience with Gina and are SO grateful to have found her. Lukee is a large pitbull mix recovering from TPLO surgery and needs extra help getting around with his harness. Gina's medical experience gave us so much peace of mind. She handled him gently and confidently and even spent time massaging him to keep him comfortable. When we ran late getting home, she stayed without hesitation and truly went above and beyond. We came home to a comfortable dog and felt completely at ease knowing he was in her care. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking for thoughtful, skilled pet care.

Corrine watched our two dogs over the Christmas holiday and we are so appreciative of her availability so we could go back to Iowa and visit family! She was communicative and sent along pictures, including our puppers getting their toys/treats on Christmas day. Would highly recommend her to others!

Elizabeth was great at communicating and left our home just as we left it. Best of all, Bella, our 14 1/2 year old pup, was the calmest and happiest we've ever seen her after leaving her with a dog/house sitter. We especially appreciated Elizabeth's willingness to drive out to the country and her patience and care in letting Bella warm up to her. We highly recommend Elizabeth W.! We hope she will come care for Bella again.
