About: Have volunteered for Bird of Prey in SC which entailed cleaning the cages, feeding, PR for visitors. Have had corn snakes, hamsters, ferrets, rats, geiko. If you have a shy pet, my services are tailored to YOUR pet’s personality. Retired, therefore I have a flexible schedule for all types of pets. Will accept long term set schedule or shorter - whatever meets your needs. I will watch your pet in its own non-smoking, home environment. Tell me how you want things done and I’ll follow directions. About: Hi, I’m VJ. I work from home most of the time, so your dog will have plenty of company, attention, and supervision throughout the day. I have two dogs of my own: a 6-year-old female Bernese Mountain Dog and a medium male Goldendoodle. Both are gentle, submissive, and friendly with other dogs. My Bernese especially has a sweet “mama bear” personality and is very nurturing around other pets. My home is calm, dog-friendly, and comfortable. Pets are allowed on the furniture, and I want visiting dogs to feel safe, relaxed, and part of the family while they are here. I live in a quiet neighborhood with very little road noise, and there is a large community park close by where I can take dogs for walks, fresh air, and playtime based on their comfort level and your instructions. I’m best suited for dogs who are potty trained, friendly with other dogs, and not destructive in the home. I like to keep a peaceful environment, so I always prefer a meet-and-greet first to make sure your dog feels comfortable with me, my dogs, and the space. I know how important it is to trust the person caring for your pet. I will follow your dog’s routine as closely as possible, including feeding, potty breaks, walks, playtime, medications if needed, and any house rules you share. I’m also happy to send regular photo and message updates so you feel connected while you are away. Your dog will be treated with patience, affection, and respect in a safe home environment. I work from home most of the time, so pet care fits naturally into my daily routine. I’m home throughout the day for potty breaks, feeding, playtime, walks, and supervision. I can give dogs plenty of attention and keep their routine as close as possible to what they are used to at home. Your dog will be cared for like part of the family in a calm, dog-friendly home. I have two sweet, submissive dogs who are used to being around other pets. My Bernese has a gentle “mama bear” personality, and my Goldendoodle loves to play fetch. I have an invisible fence for my own dogs, but I do not rely on it for visiting pets. Guest dogs are supervised outdoors and taken out on leash unless we discuss and agree on a safe routine together. I always prefer a meet-and-greet first to make sure everyone feels comfortable and safe. I also like to follow each dog’s normal feeding, potty, walk, playtime, and sleep routine as closely as possible so they feel relaxed and cared for while you are away.

About: Animals have always been a huge part of my life 🐾 For nearly 20 years, that love has shaped both my personal life and my work in animal welfare along with nonprofit work. I have a background in animal behavior, shelter medicine, dog training, and I’m Fear Free certified. I understand how important it is to feel completely comfortable with who you trust your pet with, and I would love to start with a meet & greet to ensure both you and your pet feel comfortable with me and that we are a good fit! I only take one client at a time in my home. My golden retriever and I volunteer with a local K9 search and rescue team and specialize in rescuing missing persons. Outside of that, my dogs are my adventure partners. We love hiking, camping, traveling and being outside whenever we can. During the week (Tues - Thurs), I work outside of the home, but I have a flexible schedule and will come home for midday care. My own pets are never left longer than 5 - 7 hours. I have a fully fenced in yard, and out on walks, I will use a secure harness lead for added safety unless you prefer otherwise.

About: I feel that they have such a beautiful and special connection with their owners, which for me is something wonderful and I know how difficult it is to leave it with someone else, but with me your pets will be in good hands. With my fur baby your baby will have a good game time! I work from home so I will have plenty of time to attend to your fur baby needs. I am available for booking on weekdays and weekends at any time I have a patio with a roof where they can play all day and spend their energy, I also have everything your baby needs like food and water bolw, bed and a cage if need it

About: I’ve Trained my dog to sit/stay/lay/eat when told/ he knows what hug means when I say hug he jumps up and hugs me he’s a very well emotional support animal he pays very good attention to me has him since a baby I’m open to training your dog for extra cash!! I have a second job but more then willing to sit your pet within the week my schedule varies but will make time for your needs! I care for the pets by feeding giving lots of attention bathe if needed walks sometimes letting outside/ playtime with them and give treats when training

About: In addition to growing up with both dogs and cats of my own, I have been caring for pets through Rover for nearly 8 years now and I know exactly how much work goes into taking care of man's best friend! Whether you have an energetic puppy, a special needs senior, or family felines, I am here to help! I'm WFH full-time and am able to offer boarding and doggy daycare for small breeds only (under 15lbs due to weight restrictions at my apartment, house-trained, and not prone to loud barking or urine marking), but since I have two cats with limited space, I require a meet and greet in my home prior to booking. While I do offer house sitting and drop-in visits, I have a diabetic cat that requires insulin injections 8am & 8pm which does mean I have to stay pretty local for overnight & prefer no more than 5 nights (also if you have a diabetic cat too, I got you!). House sitting rates includes staying in your home around the clock, aside from my twice a day trips home and any errands or other drop-ins I might have. If 30-60 min drop ins are too short for your fur baby's needs, please select house sitting option and I will work with you to stay in the home as much as you need even if overnights aren't necessary :) When first meeting clients I like to do a thorough walk-through of everything there is to know about their pup's feeding and walking schedule as well as about the home (alarms, spare keys, guest room etc.) that way I have less questions for the owner while they are away and can confidently jump into the dog's regular routine without any hiccups.

About: Dogs make EVERY day better! Recently I was running a boutique dog daycare, boarding, and training facility in California before moving home to Ohio. Because of my 5 years there, I have immense knowledge and experience surrounding dog behavior, training, and caring for pups of all ages, breeds, sizes, and needs. I am also CPDT certified as a Positive Reinforcement trainer. I truly understand the importance of getting to know each pup individually and how important it is to find someone trustworthy to care for your dogs in and out of your home. I am working remote part time so I have tons of flexibility! I love being around dogs and am excited to be hands on with pups in my own town! I have a very large yard and patio for pups that visit my home! I also understand that many pups prefer the comfort of their own home and am comfortable and happy to pop in as needed when the pups need care or walks! I am extremely respectful of someone else's space and requirements when it comes to in home care.

About: I've taken care of dogs since I was in my 20s. My life has revolved around caring for my own dogs. I have one senior dog & he'd like to make new friends. I work full time from home. I lost my female in February. I have a senior lab mix who would like company & i would like more interaction with dogs. My husband works part time from home. We have a nice yard for play time. I have a senior lab mix & he was trained on an underground fence . The yard is partially fenced in. It's a great space for play time

About: I've spent 12 years raising and caring for my family's two dogs, even though they're now in a different state. Since recently moving to Atlanta, I am hoping to be around dogs more since mine are so far! I love spending time with dogs and making sure they get plenty of exercise and attention. I bring that same care to every dog I walk. I currently am working from home near Ponce City Market. I love going for walks before and after work as well as during my lunch break.
