About: I've taken care of pets almost all of my life! I grew up with 3 cats that I adored. Before we had our 3 boys, we got a Beagle named Pippin who lived with us for 14 years. For the last 5 years our family has hosted many dogs here in our home and enjoy the energy and life they bring! I currently work part-time and my husband works from home so we are very flexible and available. I love taking walks and enjoy when I can bring a furry friend along! I also love sitting on my deck swing with the pups and watching people and animals in my yard and on the bike path. We have a huge backyard that backs up to a bike path which we use frequently. We have 3 teenage boys who love playing with dogs! We also live in a very safe neighborhood that is dog friendly and right by a park.

About: I’ve had the pleasure of caring for dogs, cats, and both small and large farm animals my entire life, and I’ve been fortunate to work in the veterinary field as a veterinary technician/assistant for over 20 years. Throughout my career, I’ve gained extensive experience, including skills like inserting IVs, setting up fluid pumps, and administering subcutaneous, oral, and intramuscular medications in both hospital and home settings. I’ve assisted in numerous routine and emergency surgeries and procedures, providing care for animals with a wide variety of ailments. Some of the conditions include caring for diabetics, seizures, kidney disease, liver disease, URis, UTis, hyperthyroidism, ocular issues, skin issues/allergies, foreign body surgeries, fractures, ACL surgeries, obstructions, and poisonings. I love walking and caring for animals weather that mean playing with them or spoon feeding them back to health. About: Animals have always been a huge part of my life 🐾 For nearly 20 years, that love has shaped both my personal life and my career, leading me into animal welfare and nonprofit work that I truly believe in. I bring a strong background in animal behavior, shelter medicine, and dog training, and I am Fear Free certified. My Golden retriever and myself are active volunteers with a local non-profit K9 search and rescue team where my dog and I specialize in live find rescues for lost persons. Whether I am caring for your pet in your home or mine, I always prefer to do a meet and greet first. Making sure everyone feels comfortable and it is the right fit is top priority! If your pet stays in my home, they will be sharing space with my family and animals, including my husband, my teenage daughter, two dogs, a German Shepherd and a Golden Retriever, and one cat. I love capturing moments and will always send photos and daily updates of my time with your pets while you are away! During the week, I do work outside of the home and am unable to remain in the home 24 hours a day while caring for your pets. When caring for your pets in my home: I will only accept one client at a time when caring for pets in my home. I have a fully fenced in yard your pets will always be supervised when outside. During walks, unless otherwise requested, all dogs will be walked on a harness lead (provided by me) which prevents dogs from slipping out of a collar or regular harness. I live in a very dog friendly and walkable community and spend most afternoons and evenings enjoying walks through the neighborhood, hanging out on the back deck or hiking nearby parks with the dogs! I have the ability to crate dogs in my home for those who may feel most comfortable having their own safety net, along with the ability to provide pets with their own room at night or anytime when being left home alone unsupervised. Your pets will have their own space for feeding time. To ensure the safety of all, clients' pets will never be left unsupervised with my resident pets. About: We’re a mother-daughter duo who absolutely adore animals and know just how to spoil your pup! We have had our own dog who sadly passed away at the age of 14, and we currently have a very timid and shy cat who usually just stays in my daughter's room when we care for other friends and neighbor's pets. We have taken care of young pups to senior dogs where we had to hand feed the old lad along with his prescribed medicines. So do not worry, both of us have plenty of experience with dogs, we’re all about giving your furry friend tons of love, belly rubs, and fun while you’re away. Your fur child could be on my bed at night if that’s what you prefer, just as he/she is next to you. I work from home most days, and my daughter is home before 3 PM on weekdays, so we’re always around to care for pets. On weekends, we sometimes go to the park or do longer walks if the dog enjoys them. Pets in our home are always get lots of attention. Even though we live in a condo, your pet(s) will get all the care and attention they deserve. About: In addition to growing up with both dogs and cats of my own, I have been caring for pets through Rover for nearly 8 years now and I know exactly how much work goes into taking care of man's best friend! Whether you have an energetic puppy, a special needs senior, or family felines, I am here to help! I'm WFH full-time and am able to offer boarding and doggy daycare for small breeds only (under 15lbs due to weight restrictions at my apartment, house-trained, and not prone to loud barking or urine marking), but since I have two cats with limited space, I require a meet and greet in my home prior to booking. While I do offer house sitting and drop-in visits, I have a diabetic cat that requires insulin injections 8am & 8pm which does mean I have to stay pretty local for overnight & prefer no more than 5 nights (also if you have a diabetic cat too, I got you!). House sitting rates includes staying in your home around the clock, aside from my twice a day trips home and any errands or other drop-ins I might have. If 30-60 min drop ins are too short for your fur baby's needs, please select house sitting option and I will work with you to stay in the home as much as you need even if overnights aren't necessary :) When first meeting clients I like to do a thorough walk-through of everything there is to know about their pup's feeding and walking schedule as well as about the home (alarms, spare keys, guest room etc.) that way I have less questions for the owner while they are away and can confidently jump into the dog's regular routine without any hiccups.
