“Jovanna was great from the minute we met her! She was very confident and professional. She took great care of our dog and we’ll definitely call her again!! Takes great care like your pet is her pet!!”

“Autumn did a great job caring for my two dogs. One of my dogs is elderly and has several medical problems. Autumn was very capable and comfortable with this. I will definitely trust her again in the future with my fur-babies.”

“Thea is absolutely amazing! She gave me such peace of mind and was great with my mini doxie. My pup takes a little bit to warm up to strangers and loves to bark but Thea was so patient and so kind. Only took him one meeting to love her!! She’s very communicative and always sends lots of pictures and videos. She cares a lot about her clients, even put my pups jacket on him to make sure he wouldn’t be too cold without me asking her to do so. I booked 4 straight days for walks last minute and she was able to fit me in no problem. I could not have had a better experience and recommend her to anyone looking! Checks all the boxes and I can’t think of anything she didn’t do well 😊”

“Sean is absolutely wonderful, and I will definitely be using him again to help with my 175lb great dane. I have never used Rover and was nervous about using it given my dog’s size/needs, but that did not matter for Sean. He is punctual and provides great care regardless of the size! A+ rating from me!”

“Emily took great care of my dog while I was away. Allowed me to really enjoy my trip not having to worry about pets at home!! Very caring and reliable ☺️”

About: I've been an animal lover and caretaker all my life. I'm the trusted go-to pet sitter for my family and friends, and I have hands-on experience from helping rescue animals off the streets. At home, I share my life with two cats, Kassandra (a lazy and Sylvester girl) and Freddy (a silly and grumpy one). I would love to welcome more in my home if I was allowed. I provide loving, responsible care for pets, treating each one as if they were my own. My work is very flexible, so I'm capable to organize my day very easily to be with your pet and be present and give all the atencion that they need. I like to know the routine of the pet so I can make sure that I disturb the minimum possible the routine to avoid unnecessary stress.
“Camryn has been amazing for this first 3 weeks. She scheduled a consultation on short notice, and has been great with timing, communication, and most importantly, care of our dog. We’ll be hiring her for a long time!”

About: I have always lived in a home with pets. Growing up with animals taught me to read their cues and thoughtfully curate our interactions to prioritize their happiness and safety. From the responsibility of walking a dog to the subtle art of caring for a cat, I have both experience with and appreciation for all aspects of being a pet parent. I am currently in the midst of the graduate school application process and have ample weekday availability to help when needed. I am happy to walk, entertain, or simply keep dogs or cats company throughout the day. I am currently in the graduate school application process, which gives me a flexible schedule and availability throughout the day to care for your pet. I’m able to plan my time around their needs, whether that means walks, playtime, feedings, or companionship. I am comfortable replicating your established routine with your pet to the best of my ability. Having hired help for my own two cats when needed, I understand the desire to limit the variability your pet experiences during these interactions. With your guidance, I hope to create the best possible experience for your pet!
“Jade is great with our dogs, who can be rambunctious, and just overall delightful to deal with. She's punctual, patient, and pleasant to all of us. Thrilled to have found her.”

About: I've taken care of many kinds of dogs and have always had one in my family home. I've taken care of big and small, old gentle dogs and crazy little puppies. I've had a lab and currently have a pitbull. They've all been very playful so I'm used to and don't minding jumping, barking and licking. I'm working part-time, so I have plenty time to visit, walk or stay with your pets. I'm not picky about the time of dag and can work over the weekends. Since I've had many pets I realise it takes time for some animals to adjust to a new person while others are very loving right away. I'd make sure to take into account your own dogs personality when interacting with them and the rules you keep for them.
“Vanessa is such an incredible support. She thinks quick and stays in control. We have a reactive dog and she always provides a safe and supportive environment.”

About: Due to my active and flexible lifestyle, I am very capable of walking a wide range of dogs from small to large and lazy to hyper. My Australian Shepherd (Covid puppy) does a great job of reminding me to take her on 2-3 walks a day, give her special cuddles and tug on her rope daily. She’s a very smart and trained girl, but just like me, she needs exercise or she’ll get the zoomies! I currently work from home and have good breaks throughout the day, as well as, a flexible schedule giving me the ability to leave my desk and go for a walk or check in on a pup or cat. In my experience walking and taking care of other pets, I’ve been very communicative with what the owner requests. For example, I’ve had opportunities where I’ve had to be very careful about opening the front door because the dog may run out of the house. I’ve also been in positions where I double and triple check if the dog I’m walking is in their harness/leash correctly because they are masterminds when it comes to escaping. If the client is specific with their pet’s needs, I try my best to follow their directions to a tee.
About: I’ve cared for several breeds of cats and dogs with various health issues and ages. My work spans from senior animal care to caring for newborn puppies and their nursing mom. I have been trusted to care for pets and children of neighbors, family, and friends for over 10 years. I cannot wait to continue my pet sitting career with your furry friend. I work a full time job but am available for mid-day (depending on the home’s distance from my office)/evening walks, overnight sitting, and daily sitting. I work a hybrid schedule so I work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. As an animal lover who cannot own one due to lease constraints and my busy life, I will treat your pet as my own. This would feel more like a passion than a job.
“Elizabeth is amazing. Extremely reliable, prompt communication and easily handles any obstacle. Highly recommended and very trustworthy. I selfishly hope others don't find her so she is always available...”

South Linden dog parents share their Rover experiences
Sean has been awesome with our new puppy! He’s incredibly communicative, trustworthy, and reliable. He sends a plethora of pictures and updates throughout each visit, which gives us so much peace of mind. It’s clear he genuinely cares and takes the time to make sure our pup is happy and well cared for. We couldn’t recommend him more highly!

I am so thankful to have found Aaron! Right off the bat he is extremely kind, flexible, and professional when it comes to figuring out you and your pets needs. He emphasizes keeping your pet in their routine as much as possible which is much appreciated. My very shy dog warmed up to him quickly as he spent time with her to make her feel comfortable! I loved receiving pictures and videos of my dog during his visit, which made me feel relieved that my dog was getting treated with above and beyond care. Your pet will be in wonderful hands with Aaron. Will be booking him regularly! Thank you so much Aaron we are so happy to have found you!
