About: I had a Rottweiler for 8.5 years, I lost him 8/23/2024. I currently dog sit every once in a while for my granddog Odie and sister in law's dog Bandit. Photos in profile. I work from home 4 days a week. So pets can normally go out at any time. The one day I go to the office it is an 8 hour day. Walking would be after 5:30 pm. I have fenced in back yard. No other pet at this time. I can walk your dog in a pet friendly neighborhood. I am comfortable with all size dogs.

I'm currently working from home and am able to care for your pet most of the day. We don't travel much and like doing house work/projects so we are home most of the time. About: I absolutely love animals! I grew up in a home full of dogs and cats, and helping care for them was such a big part of my life growing up. I now have a cat of my own, my fur baby, Fish 🐱 I recently graduated from PA school and won’t be starting my job until August, which means I have lots of availability this summer! Spending my days with animals honestly sounds like the perfect way to spend the season. I’d love the opportunity to care for and spend time with your pets! (: I don’t start work until August, so I have a pretty open schedule and lots of availability! I do have one week-long vacation planned this summer, but aside from that, my schedule is very flexible. About: I've taken care of family dogs, both large and small, since around age twelve. In high school I also cared for a bird, as well as part of my adulthood. In early adulthood I worked for three years as a professional dog handler and dog walker for a company in New York City. I am accustomed to reading dogs body language and keeping them safe and feeling secure. I've lived with cats in more recent years and have consistently been hired to cat sit for neighbors. I am comfortable with elder pets, administering medications, and helping anxious pets feel more comfortable at home and out in the world. I am a full-time grad student, so my schedule is much more flexible than a 9-5 worker. That said, at the moment I can only take care of pets who can be alone for at least four hours at a time during the week because of my class schedule (weekends I'm more flexible). You can depend on me to safely enter and exit your home with care for security and cleanliness, and I'd always touch base with you for any concerns. I'm also disabled by long-COVID and take many COVID mitigations (still masking), so I'd be safer for immunocompromised clients. For drop-in visits and popping into your home for a dog walk, I will be masked. For pet sitting overnight, I'm always happy to take a COVID test—just let me know!

About: Dogs are ALWAYS allowed on furniture. They will get tons of play time and if they are really active, they can go with me on some hikes! I work remotely so there will always be someone at home with them. Plenty of potty breaks and head scratches! Whatever they need, they will get! I work from home so someone will always be with them. There is a large park across the street that I will take them too if they need to get some energy out. They will be well taken care of!

About: PLEASE NOTE: I am moving out of state following the week of the 4th. I grew up with 2 medium sized springer spaniels and have had multiple cats my whole life. I love getting outside and being active but also have experience cat/dog/house sitting for multiple week periods. Oslo was happy to see us at the end but we think he would have been happy to stay with his new family - ha!
