I highly recommend Kelly. She took great care of my cat, feeding him with clean dishes everyday and scooping his litter box. Because he is a hider and required no play time, she did not mind watering the plants on my small patio. She reported signs he was okay on every visit. I will definitely be using her again.
While not an expectation, Melanie was able to add on one day with less than 12 hours notice because I got stranded in Chicago when my flight was cancelled! She has checked on my kitties millions of times and I would always recommend her, but really appreciated her willingness to help on short notice this time. ❤️
Ioana not only accepted my booking very last minute, but took the BEST care of my babies! Some scheduling issues with evening care resulted in lack of litter clean up, which Ioana promptly addressed and took care of without being a part of original care plan. Rachel has watched my active, social cat twice now. I think both bookings were rather last minute and I appreciate how flexible and communicative she is. But more importantly, my cat loves her!
