About: Hello! ☺️ I’m Raye, I’m 29 years old and come from a family of animal lovers. My mom works with a local organization back in Nebraska to help find lost animals and return them to their owners and my sister is a certified dog trainer in Colorado, so I’ve definitely learned a thing or two. I’ve watched after animals all of my life, including caring for my mom’s senior dogs and cats while she’s away on vacation numerous times and also popping by any of my friend’s or coworker’s houses to feed and care for their pets when needed. I also worked with a nonprofit organization when I was a teenager that helped care for and raise money for animals in need. I have two dogs of my own, Hopper and Hanky, who are both pretty particular little guys. Hank has epilepsy and severe separation anxiety and Hopper is reactive to strangers, so I’ve learned how to properly care for them to keep them comfortable and happy. Your animals would definitely be safe in my care and I’d love to meet them! 🫶🏻 I just moved here from Des Moines, Iowa so my schedule is completely open and available to care for your pets! Once I’m settled in, I do plan on only getting part time work, so my schedule will remain flexible. As mentioned in my experience, one of my dogs is fairly reactive so I’m unable to host any pets in my home for the comfortability of both your and my pets; but I will gladly care for them in your home in any way you’d like!

Since I don’t currently have any pets of my own, your dog can have my full attention without having to share the space with other animals. I have experience caring for dogs in my home for both daytime visits and overnight stays, including several-night stays.
