“Lulu is amazing. She watched our two kittens and our five year old pup who needs meds 2x a day. She is so organized and on top of it. She sent us pics often. I totally trust her. Appreciate her big time and would use her again in a heartbeat.”

“Jacquelyn was fantastic! We hired her for a drop-in visit and couldn’t have been happier. She was great with our dog, Mia, and it was clear right away that she’s comfortable, attentive, and genuinely cares about the dogs she works with. We felt completely at ease knowing Mia was in such good hands. Highly recommend!”

“Kyla is very reliable and very good with with my cat Earl. It makes me feel much more comfortable going out of town knowing that he'll have someone he really likes looking after him and making sure he's getting some love and playtime.”

“We have hired Paul for visiting our two cats numerous times and he always provides great care. Prior to hiring him for our latest vacation, one of our cats had developed separation anxiety. We asked Paul to keep an eye out for excessive grooming which he did. During a visit early on, he noticed that this cat took a liking to his jacket and napped on it during the visit. Paul left his jacket for the remainder of the visit thinking it might help, which it did. We think that is going above and beyond! We highly recommend Paul for your pet sitting needs. He wiIl truly keep your pet’s care at heart!”

About: Hello! I have been a Rover pet sitter in San Diego for the past 7 years. I just moved to Las Vegas and I am looking forward to meeting and caring for new 4-legged friends! At this time, I am offering house-sitting in the owner's home, dog walking and drop-ins. (I am temporarily in an apartment and will resume dog boarding when I find my own new home.) I grew up with dogs including golden retrievers, labs, and bull mastiffs. I absolutely love them all! I can't have one of my own because I travel for work and I couldn't bear to leave one in a kennel over and over, so Rover is perfect for me - I'd love to spoil your dog(s) when my schedule allows, and get my dog fix at the same time! When I was a kid, our family found an injured dog in the woods. We brought her home and nursed her back to health. I've been in love with dogs ever since. I was responsible for our labs while I was growing up: feeding, walking, playing and exercising them. The second I'm able to get my own pup, I will. In the meantime, I will love your pets every moment they are with me and I will keep them happy, safe and wagging their tails! *Update: I have been a 5-star Rover sitter since 2019. Absolutely love it! I am a loving, caring, responsible and honest pet sitter. I do require a meet & greet as well as pets that are already house-trained. I cannot care for aggressive, loud animals that haven’t been trained to interact with humans. I work from home (or travel for work) so if I am house-sitting at your home, I can be with your pets all day long. They will get lots of love and attention! For walks and drop-in's, I have a flexible schedule and can accommodate most schedules starting mid-morning. I love animals and will give your babies tons of affection and attention, plus all of their needs - meals, walks, medications, assistance for elderly or disabled pets, etc. They will be the center of my world while in my care!
“We will ALWAYS request Laura first for our MundiCat! She hates everyone but likes her. We literally don't have to worry about our kitty at all when we are out of town. She's the best!”

“Taylor was reliable and communicative. She clearly spent time getting to know my two co-dependent cats and loved on them as if they were her own. Will definitely use again.”

“Vivian was an incredible sitter! She was very prompt and helped take care of our 3 cats when we were out on vacation. She kept us up to date with the status of our pets and made us feel very comfortable that they were well taken care of. I highly recommend choosing Vivian as your sitter! 10/10”
“Ashley was absolutely phenomenal caring for my pets while I was away for a week. Leaving your babies behind is never easy, but she made the entire experience stress-free. She was reliable, communicative, and clearly treated my pets as if they were her own (even when Figaro got a little spicy). Ashley kept me updated with messages and photos, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was traveling. When I returned home, my pets were happy, relaxed, and well cared for, and everything was exactly as it should be. It’s obvious that Ashley genuinely loves animals and takes great pride in providing excellent care. I couldn’t have asked for a better pet sitter, and I would trust her with my babies again in a heartbeat. I highly recommend Ashley to anyone looking for someone dependable, caring, and attentive to care for their pets!”

“First time using Rover and so happy we chose Annie. We read all the reviews in our zip code of dog sitters and were impressed by Annie's reviews and the amount of repeat clients she has. We now see why! She's patient and a pleasant person who takes her job seriously. She had 3 in home visits with our 2 dogs and took exceptional care of them. Her reports were well written and she took plenty of pics. You can't go wrong with Annie and we plan to use her again in the near future!”

Yilin was absolutely wonderful with our baby Noah! She provided excellent care during her drop-in visits and clearly went above and beyond to make sure he felt loved and comfortable. She’s incredibly attentive, professional, and caring — we couldn’t have asked for a better sitter. We’ll definitely be booking with her again!

Bob step up to plate with a very short timeline to hire a pet sitter. Originally, the plan was to sit for 5 days but it got extended to 17 days due to a family emergency and overseas trip. He is dependable and flexible with his schedule. I know my bunny is in good hands.

Nichole went above and beyond when taking care of my Bengals 💕 She’s an excellent communicator, so thoughtful, caring, responsible and trustworthy. I’m so happy to have found her, and will definitely leave my cats in her hands when traveling! They were less stressed than I’ve ever seen them after me leaving, and can tell it’s the amount of care + attention she put into taking care of them
Gabriella and her husband are incredibly kind, reliable, and made us feel completely at ease while we were away on our trip. She sent plenty of photos and updates, which really helped us relax knowing our cat was in good hands. She treated our home with great care and respect, and our cat warmed up to her very quickly. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a dependable and caring sitter. 🐾

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Yes, you can find sitters who have experience with handling special pet needs in Summerlin South. On Rover:

You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
