About: Hi there! I'm a pet lover with a cat at home, so I know firsthand how much it means to find someone you can truly trust with your furry family member. While I'm newer to professional pet sitting, my daily life revolves around caring for animals and I'd love to extend that same warmth and attention to your furry loved one! Drop-In Visits I offer drop-in visits for cats and small dogs in the Las Vegas area. Each visit includes fresh water, feeding (per your instructions), playtime, and a potty break, plus a photo update so you know your pup or cat is happy and well. Your Pet's Comfort is My Priority As a pet household, I understand every animal has their own personality and routine. I'll always follow your care instructions to the letter and keep you in the loop throughout the visit. A Note for Small Dog Parents Small dogs have big personalities, and I love that about them! Whether your pup is shy, playful, or a little sassy, I'm patient and attentive to their unique needs. Work From Home: I have a flexible schedule that allows me to incorporate pet care throughout my day. I can accommodate feeding schedules, walks, medication administration, and plenty of companionship, ensuring pets maintain their normal routine while in my care. I care for pets by maintaining their established routines and creating a safe, calm, and a comfortable environment. Whether in my home or a client's home, I follow all feeding, exercise, medication, and care instructions carefully. I pay close attention to each pet's behavior and needs, ensuring they receive plenty of supervision, affection, and enrichment while respecting their individual personalities and boundaries. Safety is always my top priority. I make sure pets are secure during walks, have access to fresh water, and are kept away from potential hazards. In a client's home, I treat both the pet and the home with respect, keeping the space clean, secure, and following any household guidelines provided. My goal is to provide dependable care that helps pets feel comfortable and gives owners peace of mind while they're away.
“Sarah was a great sitter for our cat and we hope to have her come watch her again! She was communicative and provided consistent updates for each drop in visit, and we felt comfortable with her watching our fur baby for the time we were away for a few days. Thank you, Sarah!”

“Natalie was able to accommodate on short notice. Summer is brutal so she is able to use her best judgment to take our dogs out so they could do their business but brought them inside to cool down and played with them for the remainder of their visit time!”

“Breayn watched our fur babies when we went to an event. She was so good with them! You can really tell Breayn is an animal lover and our fur babies loved her right back! She has great attention to detail, even taking notes during the meet and greet! We felt really confident knowing Breayn was taking great care of our littles while we were away.”

About: I love animals so much that I went to veterinary school. I had the opportunity of working directly with licensed veterinarians for an entire year, in a small animal medicine clinic. This experience helped me provide attentive care and recognize when a pet might need extra attention. I'm comfortable with monitoring pets 🐶🐱 for signs of illness or stress, giving medications if needed, caring for pets with different temperaments and needs, and providing calm, patient care for nervous or shy animals. Whether your pet needs walks, drop-in visits, playtime, or companionship while you're away, I’ll make sure they feel safe, loved, and comfortable. I'm in the process of studying for my boards to become a licensed veterinarian. 🙂 Don't be alarmed! I made sure to set aside time throughout the week from studying to do what I love and that's caring for your fur baby. I am mostly available Thursday, Friday and Saturday. I’m a parent to my five-year-old cat, Amorie, so I understand how important it is to trust someone with your pet. You can rest assured your fur babies will be treated with the same love, patience, and care as if they were my own. I assist in pet care for cats and dogs. (Walks, in-home sitting) Be sure to inform me of patient's medical history and temperaments, and leave detailed instructions to ensure great service.
“Alicia is so flexible and loving to my pup Molly! She has helped to alleviate my fears and socialize molly throughout the day. I’m so grateful a friend referred her to me, since she is honestly so amazing, communicative, and prompt with our appointments.”

“Always a great experience! It is so nice to be able to get away for a bit and truly relax knowing our fur babies are in the most capable and loving hands. Sandra always goes above and beyond to make sure our cats are happy, safe and well cared for when we are away.”

“Torri is absolutely wonderful sitter. My PSA pitbull terrier was immediatly bonded to him. We had a meet and greet beforehand and I could already tell he was the perfect match. He did everything asked and took lots of photos. I will definitely have him again!”

“Bob (aka Uncle B) is my dog’s new BFF. He is very attentive and flexible when it comes to drop-in visits and walks. He has been a great new addition to the family. Also appreciate the little extras he does here and there. Would highly recommend his services. You won’t be disappointed or need to worry about your kids care. Thanks for everything you do Uncle B 🐶🐾🐾”
“No complaints he sent pics of my fur buddies, he even put our FedEx packages in the house, very courteous. Definitely would recommend Redmond to anyone that needs a pet sitter and I will request Redmond again.”

About: Hello! I have been a Rover pet sitter in San Diego for the past 7 years. I just moved to Las Vegas and I am looking forward to meeting and caring for new 4-legged friends! At this time, I am offering house-sitting in the owner's home, dog walking and drop-ins. (I am temporarily in an apartment and will resume dog boarding when I find my own new home.) I grew up with dogs including golden retrievers, labs, and bull mastiffs. I absolutely love them all! I can't have one of my own because I travel for work and I couldn't bear to leave one in a kennel over and over, so Rover is perfect for me - I'd love to spoil your dog(s) when my schedule allows, and get my dog fix at the same time! When I was a kid, our family found an injured dog in the woods. We brought her home and nursed her back to health. I've been in love with dogs ever since. I was responsible for our labs while I was growing up: feeding, walking, playing and exercising them. The second I'm able to get my own pup, I will. In the meantime, I will love your pets every moment they are with me and I will keep them happy, safe and wagging their tails! *Update: I have been a 5-star Rover sitter since 2019. Absolutely love it! I am a loving, caring, responsible and honest pet sitter. I do require a meet & greet as well as pets that are already house-trained. I cannot care for aggressive, loud animals that haven’t been trained to interact with humans. I work from home (or travel for work) so if I am house-sitting at your home, I can be with your pets all day long. They will get lots of love and attention! For walks and drop-in's, I have a flexible schedule and can accommodate most schedules starting mid-morning. I love animals and will give your babies tons of affection and attention, plus all of their needs - meals, walks, medications, assistance for elderly or disabled pets, etc. They will be the center of my world while in my care!
“Araceli is amazing! All my cats usually avoid strangers, but all of them came out at the very first visit for pets and treats. She was extremely responsive to messages, punctual, and highly communicative. We will absolutely be requesting her again for our future pet sitting needs!”

About: I graduated with an Associates degree in Assistance Dog Education (service dog training) from Bergin University in California. I am a former dog trainer at Petco, and loved the job! I worked as a supervisor at a doggy daycare, and had a small training business on the side. I'm an avid dog lover who have owned dogs since I was born. I currently have three dogs: Espresso, German Shepherd mix, Chai, Puggle and Fraulein, German Shepherd mix.

For us it's the regular routine with a familiar face. When i am not thinking of kitty while away then I'm good to go. It has been no worry except when I schedule last minute of fill the form out wrong. Michelle is Always my go to for cat care while travelling.

Bob as always goes above and beyond! We had an issue at our apartment and he contacted us right away and stopped by later that day to verify maintenance had addressed the problem. We travel 3-4 times a year and Bob has given us great service and peace of mind for our pets every time since 2022. Book with Bob and your critters will thank you!

Jeannine did an amazing job taking care of my two cats! She was super accommodating when my schedule changed last minute and needed her to drop in for an extra day. She sent lots of pictures and made sure that each cat had dedicated playtime. I really appreciated how reliable and attentive she was. I would trust her with my cats again!

Karma did a fantastic job watching my beloved cat, Chickpea! She was very communicative, attentive, and caring and went above and beyond to ensure Chickpea was comfortable. Loved knowing she was taking great care of my kitty while I was away. I look forward to continuing to book Karma for more drop-in visits for my cat!

Yilin was absolutely wonderful with our baby Noah! She provided excellent care during her drop-in visits and clearly went above and beyond to make sure he felt loved and comfortable. She’s incredibly attentive, professional, and caring — we couldn’t have asked for a better sitter. We’ll definitely be booking with her again!

Nichole went above and beyond when taking care of my Bengals 💕 She’s an excellent communicator, so thoughtful, caring, responsible and trustworthy. I’m so happy to have found her, and will definitely leave my cats in her hands when traveling! They were less stressed than I’ve ever seen them after me leaving, and can tell it’s the amount of care + attention she put into taking care of them

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
