Awesome communication and very timely.

Kalei was absolutely incredible with my cats! She was so attentive, caring, and truly went above and beyond to make sure they were well taken care of. She was incredibly thorough with her updates and communication, and I always knew exactly how everyone was doing while I was away. Even my shy cats (& my one mean cat) absolutely loved her and immediately became best friends with her, which says so much about how comfortable and cared for they felt. I’m usually a little stressed leaving my cats, especially my older cat who has medical needs, but there was not a single point during my trip when I felt worried or nervous. Kalei’s communication and attention to detail gave me complete peace of mind. She did such an incredible job, and I’m so grateful I found someone I can trust with my cats. I would absolutely recommend Kalei to anyone looking for someone who will treat their pets like family! I will 100% be using her every time I travel.

Odie enjoys the new friend pet sitter Kalei. Odie needs hand feeding and water syringe. Kalei is attentive, kind and caring. Odie is a senior dog who chills and sleeps. I’m grateful for the support of Kalei to make sure Odie is propped up in his bed on his right side for comfort. Kalei is detailed and aware and expressed care for her own furry companions. Kalei saved the day when she was able to take my babies out at the last minute. She was mindful of how hot it was outside and adjusted her visit to include more indoor time, and I know they appreciated the attention. She left good, detailed notes and seemed happy to meet my pups!

Kalei is absolutely phenomenal. I have an elderly chihuahua who doesn’t like most people, but somehow, she won him over! She was so kind and patient with him, and before long, he adored her. Knowing she’s worked in a veterinary clinic nearby gave me huge peace of mind too — she really knows what she’s doing. She sent regular updates and photos, asked smart questions, and paid attention to every little detail. I could tell she genuinely cared about Dublin and wanted him to be happy and comfortable. Then, while I was out of the country, a water leak happened in my house. Kalei updated me right away and took the initiative to moved things to keep them safe, she took Dublin with her so he’d be out of harm’s way while plumbers handled the mess. She didn’t have to go that far, but she did, and I’ll never forget that. I felt a million times better knowing I had such a great caretaker there for my dog and my home. It’s hard to find someone as thoughtful, trustworthy, and capable as Kalei. She’s got the perfect mix of heart, common sense, and experience. I honestly can't think of anyone I would trust more with my mean old crunchy dog, Dublin!
