I grew up surrounded by animals and have cared for pets for most of my life. Over the years, my family had dogs, cats, mice, rats, guinea pigs, snakes, lizards, parakeets, macaws, and horses—so I became comfortable around animals with very different personalities and needs. I was also the person neighbors and friends often trusted to care for their pets while they were out of town. I've raised dogs from puppyhood through their senior years and understand that their needs can change considerably along the way. A couple of years ago, my wife and I said goodbye to our dogs as they reached the end of their lives. We decided not to bring new pets into our home for now, but we still genuinely enjoy having animals in our lives. Caring for other people's pets gives us a chance to get our "pet fix" while giving their humans a dependable backup when they need one. I’m comfortable following established routines and instructions, and I take caring for someone else’s pet seriously. Whether it’s a walk, a visit, some playtime, or simply keeping them company, my goal is to make sure your pet feels safe, comfortable, and well cared for while you’re away.

When caring for pets in a client’s home, my priority is keeping their routine and environment as familiar as possible. I follow the owner’s instructions closely. From feeding and walks to medications, boundaries, and household rules. And I’m careful to make sure doors, gates, leashes, and other potential escape points are secure. I also understand that being trusted with someone’s home is a responsibility in itself. I’m respectful of the space, clean up after myself and the pets, and leave things as I found them. Every animal is different, so I pay attention to their behavior and comfort level rather than forcing interaction. My goal is pretty simple: keep your pets safe, comfortable, and cared for, and give you confidence that everything at home is being handled while you’re away.

My pets love Aaron, anytime he watches them we know they will be well loved and cared for as if they were his own. He's great with our cattle dog and getting all his energy out so he's ready to snuggle up later, and our usually skittish cats always appreciate his scritches. Would recommend Aaron to anyone who needs any kind of pet help!

I highly recommend Aaron Williams to care for my dog Booker, I trust him to watch and stay in my house to care for him. My dog is very demanding requiring dog walks daily as I walk him 4 miles daily, Booker will let you know every morning when it is time as Aaron knows this very well.

Aaron is one of the most honest people I know. And he is so good with pets. He loves him. He cares for him. I have left my dachshund Mya with him and she loves him to death.

Schedule
I’m an artist and work on my own schedule, so my days are very flexible. I can usually accommodate morning, midday, evening, and weekend visits or walks without having to work around a traditional 9-to-5 schedule. That flexibility also allows me to give each visit the time and attention it deserves rather than rushing from one commitment to the next.
