Sam was incredible! She stayed with our dogs this past weekend and I couldn’t have asked for a more reliable, professional, caring person to stay in our home with our dogs! Sam was punctual, communicative, sent updates and pictures all weekend and really put me at ease with it being our first time using a pet sitter. I would definitely recommend Sam and already plan to book with her again in the future :)

Sam is great with pets. Back in 2021, she stayed at my house and sat for my two older dogs, Rufus and Baxter, for a week while I was traveling. They loved her. Sitting for them required dolling out medication on a regular schedule in addition to making sure they were fed, exercised, and loved. She has also swooped in to save the day on several other occasions, when other people who were sitting for my dogs could not accommodate some of the schedule for them. Since Rufus and Baxter have passed, Sam has also been extremely helpful with the socializing of my new rescue dog, by showing Piper that other humans are safe and kind, and by introducing Piper to some of her own dogs, so she can get socialized on that front as well. Sam has great love for animals (she has cats and fish, as well as dogs), and she is as reliable and trustworthy as they come. I recommend her highly.

Samantha (Sam) is amazing!!! I've known her for over six years, and she's an all-around wonderful person and pet sitter—mature, reliable, responsible, and fun! Sam has always done an excellent job caring for our former dog Chef and our cats, and they've all loved her. She is a great communicator, asks thoughtful questions to ensure she understands each pet's needs, and checks in regularly during longer pet sits. She's also excellent at recognizing and adapting to different dog and cat personalities and behaviors. Our dog Chef was incredibly sweet but also extremely anxious, and Sam did a great job keeping him calm and happy through walks and enrichment activities. Sam also handles unexpected and stressful situations exceptionally well, as she demonstrated when Chef had a sudden health crisis while she was caring for him during a multiple-day trip I took out of town. Since I was across the country and couldn't return home right away, Sam took Chef to the vet hospital and stayed with him during all of his testing, communicating with me regularly about what was happening and helping me think through decisions about his treatment. It was really hard not to be with my fur baby when he was sick, and I was so grateful to have someone I could trust to stay with him until I could get home! Finally, Sam is an excellent pet mom to her own five dogs and three cats. She is always focused on their well-being, ensuring that they are all happy and healthy. She makes sure the dogs get lots of exercise, and she is always coming up with fun, creative enrichment activities for them. I strongly recommend her for dog walks and pet sits. You and your pets will be in great hands with Sam!

Samantha is an amazing care taker for my babies! She showers them with love whenever I need her and is able to manage my finicky kitties diet. I know my kids are in great hands when she is there.

Samantha is incredibly responsible, dependable, and caring with animals. She is someone I completely trust to provide attentive, loving care and to treat every pet like her own. She’s patient, reliable, and genuinely loves animals. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for someone they can feel confident leaving their pets with.

If you ask me what makes Sam special, the answer is easy: her heart belongs to animals. I've watched Sam and her partner Logan build what can only be described as the happiest dog pile imaginable. They already had two wonderful Dalmatian mixes when they stepped up to help rescue three puppies in need. Those "temporary" puppies quickly became family, and now five lucky dogs call Sam home. Sam is one of those rare people who genuinely lights up around animals, and they seem to know it. She's patient, kind, playful, and completely tuned into what makes each pet feel safe, loved, and happy. Whether it's an adventure-filled walk, a well-earned chin scratch, or simply sitting quietly with a nervous pup until they feel comfortable, she gives animals exactly what they need. I have trusted Sam with my own dog without hesitation, and I would do it again in a heartbeat. Every walk will include plenty of sniffing, a few "Who's the best dog?!" conversations, at least one enthusiastic "Woohoo!", countless chin scratches, and, if Sam has anything to say about it, a whole lot of tail wagging. Your dog won't just get a walk. They'll make a new best friend.
