Miguel & his wife were so awesome! I went out of town over Labor Day weekend and was able to relax and unwind because I knew my Grover was in good hands. Ivan and his girlfriend were super kind! They read the info sheet I provided. They communicated often but not too much. I greatly appreciate them watching Creed. They even give me some details on his behavior with other dogs and socializing. I’m glad Creed was able to be around other dogs. I’m happy that he came home safe and happy. I had an amazing experience with Lilli our Rover sitter! From our first meet-and-greet, she made me feel completely at ease. She took the time to get to know our dog's routine, personality, and preferences, and it was obvious she genuinely cared about our dog. Throughout the stay, we received frequent updates with photos and messages, which gave me peace of mind. It was clear caramel was getting plenty of attention, exercise, and affection. When we picked her up, she was happy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and everything was handled professionally and thoughtfully. Tucker's favorite sitter in Vegas! Scarlett is great at taking the dogs out early before the Vegas heat so they can get their exercise. Fin is a terrific buddy to play with all day. Between ball play, walks and wrestling with Fin, Tucker is one happy boy! Thank you for another great stay. See you next month :)
Yvette was fantastic. Very friendly and communicative. Jogger loved staying with her and was super happy in all of the pics and videos that were sent during his stay. Dog park time and fenced-in backyard time were also clutch. Will definitely have Jogger stay with her again when needed.
