I had an amazing experience with Lilli our Rover sitter! From our first meet-and-greet, she made me feel completely at ease. She took the time to get to know our dog's routine, personality, and preferences, and it was obvious she genuinely cared about our dog. Throughout the stay, we received frequent updates with photos and messages, which gave me peace of mind. It was clear caramel was getting plenty of attention, exercise, and affection. When we picked her up, she was happy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and everything was handled professionally and thoughtfully. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and will definitely be booking with Lilly again. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy, caring, and reliable sitter on Rover!
