Jaclyn and her husband were waiting for me at the garage right on time exactly when I arrived to their house for the dropoff. They introduced themselves to me and my dogs, and got to know me and LISTENED to me mentioning I was going on a trip for my daughter. All throughout my doggies stay, she updated me with lots and lots of pictures and status updates of my dogs and hers playing and having fun. Every time I messaged her, she replied so quickly and promptly, and followed my care instructions very closely. Pickup was also a breeze and she even included a nice surprise treat goodie bag for my dogs to take home. I’ll definitely be rebooking and 10/10 would recommend her. She loves my doggies like her own!!!”

“There’s no one better. That’s Mia summed up in a nutshell. She was gracious from the first time we met. She’s personable, pleasant, calm and understands dogs and their needs. Not only did she take the best care of my 13 year old golden retriever, but she was beyond helpful when an emergency arose and I wasn’t able to pick my dog up until the following day. I was given daily photos and videos. She captured Sam’s mood in every picture. During all the chaos of traveling, Mia made it so easy for me to relax knowing Sam was in the best care.”

It was excellent, we were very calm during Mylo's stay, she took care of each of her needs as a puppy, she also sent us photos every moment and kept us informed of everything Mylo did, at the time of picking her up she also gave us a small bag with a gift for Mylo, this is the most beautiful thing they have done, I highly recommend her and without a doubt Mylo will return with her
This is our third time booking with Hernaly, and she is absolutely wonderful! She recently watched our furkids for 10 days, and we are so grateful to have found such a loving, attentive sitter. We deeply appreciate the extra care she took with our senior dogs' special needs, including their medications and feeding schedules. Hernaly always kept us updated with photos and videos. She notified us when our dog LuLu ran low on one of her medications while we were out of the country, then Hernaly graciously called our vet and picked up the refill for us. She comes highly recommended, and we truly wouldn’t trust anyone else with our precious Shifu and LuLu!
I couldn’t be happier with Cash’s stay! Ozzy was great from the beginning. She kept me updated on his stay with photos and check-ins, fed him some of her great food, and followed his walk routine exactly like how I described. He has a lot of energy and he got along with Harper very well. I would absolutely book again and I highly recommend you do the same!

Janiqua took amazing care of my fur baby, Boog (Buggati), and I truly couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the very beginning, her communication was excellent. She kept me updated throughout his stay, sent messages and photos, and made me feel completely at ease knowing he was in great hands. What stood out the most was how happy Boog was when I picked him up. As fur parents, we know our babies, and it was obvious that he felt safe, comfortable, and genuinely loved during his time with her. He came back relaxed, happy, and full of his usual playful energy, which tells me everything I need to know about the care he received. Janiqua has a natural way with animals, and you can tell she truly cares about the fur babies she watches. She didn’t just provide basic care she created an environment where Boog felt secure, loved, and part of the family. We told her about his paws that can sometimes flare up due to allergies and she made sure his paws were good and kept it clean the entire time. Her and her husband took them out for walks, multiple times a day. And her fur baby and my boog got along very well. I am incredibly grateful for the care and attention she gave Boog, and I would absolutely trust her with him again in the future. If you’re looking for someone who is reliable, communicative, compassionate, and genuinely loves animals, I highly recommend Janiqua. We’ve used Chloe and Kris more than once to board our two dogs, and we couldn’t be happier with the care they receive every time. It’s obvious how much love and attention goes into caring for them — they’re completely spoiled with treats, walks, playtime, and endless cuddles. One of the things we appreciate most is the constant communication. We get tons of pictures and videos throughout their stay, which gives us so much peace of mind and lets us see how happy and comfortable they are.
