“Lillian was amazing! Starting from my inquiry about dipsy's stay, she responded very quickly and walked me through the process of availing the groupon discount that i bought. She also gave me a $20 introductory discount. She asked me to do a meet and greet beforehand and i appreciate that very much because it introduced dipsy to her place and the other dogs in there. She also made sure that she knew all the details about dipsy (feeding, attitude, etc.) so she can give her best service. During dipsy's time there, she sent me photos and videos to update me. She also gave a complimentary bath to dipsy before we picked her up. Even after dipsy left, she sent me emails to tell me about dipsy's stay with her. She was great!
