1-on-1 Private Boarding & 24/7 Care

ENG/中文 As a thank-you to those who serve our communities—including Nurses, Doctors, Veterinarians, EMTs, First Responders, Search and Rescue Teams, Teachers, Therapists and Foster Families—I offer 1 free night for every 7 nights booked, 2 free nights for 14 nights, and so on. Just let me know when you send a request through, and I’ll modify the booking on my end. Growing up, my father worked as a Veterinary Surgeon for over 45 years in Taiwan (he is now retired), which allowed me to be immersed in the world of animals from a very young age. Having had the opportunity to grow up around all sorts of animals, I developed a deep understanding and love for their unique needs and personalities. I dedicate my free time at the Animal Shelters in Nevada, and I volunteer at the Fire Department K-9 Search & Rescue Unit whenever I’m back in Taiwan.

Another great stay! Chloe and Kris spoil our pups with so much love and care. They are simply the best. We greatly appreciate all the photos, videos, and messages they send throughout the stay. Our pups are so excited when we turn onto the street to their house, as they know they are in for a great time. Thank you!

As always, Chloe and Kim did an awesome job making my dog Ruby feel safe and comfortable. Since she is a bit nervous, so I was so scared to find a place that would make her feel at home. I am so lucky to have come across these two. This is our third time using them and I don’t plan on going anywhere else. THANK YOU GUYS SO SO MUCH

Schedule

I work remotely, so I’ll be with your pups for the vast majority of the day. If I do need to step out, I always make sure they’ve had a good 30-minute walk beforehand, access to fresh water, and enrichment activities to keep them engaged while I’m away. I use a combination of the toys you provide and safe options I have at home, including KONG toys, Nylabone chew toys, and plush toys—though I only offer plush toys that are intact and not ripped to prevent any risk of your dog accidentally swallowing stuffing or other materials. I also have peanut butter and am happy to use it in treat-dispensing toys like KONGs to provide extra mental stimulation and keep your pups entertained. I never leave pups unsupervised for more than 3 hours, and their safety and comfort are always my top priority. I do not crate them unless specifically requested—such as in cases where they have a history of destructive behavior when left alone. If crating is preferred, please provide their crates. Otherwise, I prefer to let them roam freely on the ground floor, where I have cameras set up to monitor them while I'm away. I make sure your pups stay well-hydrated throughout the day. I refresh their water every time they drink and wash all the bowls thoroughly at the end of each day. I also place water bowls throughout the house—there are 9 in total—so no matter where they are, they’ll always have easy access to a drink whenever they need one. I only use filtered water (Brita filtration system) for their bowls, and I have bottled water available upon request if you prefer that for your pups.

Safety, trust & environment

My partner, Kris, and I moved into our brand-new home December 2024 from Honolulu Hawai’i. We keep our home clean, peaceful, and dog-friendly. Your pups will be treated like part of our family, with lots of attention and love. I understand how important it is for your pups to feel secure, especially when they’re away from you and adjusting to a new environment. I absolutely welcome you to bring along the things that make them feel more comfortable—whether it’s their blanket, something that smells like home, or anything else they’re attached to. Those familiar touches can make all the difference in helping them settle in and feel truly at ease. I take them on at least two walks per day. We’re lucky to be in a neighbourhood where many parks are just minutes away, perfect for plenty of sniffing adventures. When we're out on walks, I stay fully alert to both your pups and our surroundings. I avoid interactions with others by rerouting when necessary, and I carefully watch to make sure your pup doesn't eat or lick anything off the ground. After every walk, I gently wipe their paws, bodies, and bums to keep them fresh and comfortable, and I clean their eyes morning, noon, and night. We have a fully fenced backyard where your pups can safely relax, explore, or sunbathe during the day whenever they want—if they stand by the door to the backyard or scratch the door, I’ll open it up for them. Your pups' safety, comfort, and happiness are my top priorities. I follow your instructions closely—whether for feeding, medication, house rules or routines—and I always use my best judgment, backed by years of experience, to prevent injuries and ensure a calm, stress-free environment for everyone.

A typical day

A typical day with your pups is calm, structured, and full of attention. I work from home, so I’ll be around to keep your pups company throughout the day. Our home is quiet—no other occupants, no other pets (aside from a securely placed goldfish tank)—so your pups will have a peaceful environment where they can relax and feel safe.
