Not only did she help me out by accepting a last minute booking request, but she was so kind, thoughtful, conscientious, and gave my dog such QUALITY care and time — Ozgu’s location had so much great space for my dog including a dog park, and Ozgu would send me pictures and videos showing him having so much fun playing with her other dog, going on walks, and even eating homemade dog food that she made!! I really appreciated how caring Ozgu was, how she would check in with me about my dog’s care (for example, if it was okay to give him certain foods), and how she was so accommodating to my dog’s needs (like providing lots of playtime, attention, and not using a crate). Gee is a lovely person and you can easily see that her whole family loves pets! Her house is a haven for animals and her neighborhood is perfect for Taco's 2X daily walks. We were going to have limited cellphone service, but Gee accommodated us by sending daily pictures via email. Taco likes to bark, which some dogs take as a challenge. Seeing how happy and comfortable Chloe was made it so much easier to enjoy our vacation. Met up with Hernaly about a week prior to my dog's stay. She met Storm and asked good questions so that she could better watch her. During her stay, she provided tons of photos and video updates, which put me at ease. These included her walking and playing with Storm. Pick up and drop off were easy and she was easy to communicate with.
I highly recommend this dog boarding service! My dog stayed for 4 days and was very well cared for. He had plenty of playtime, got lots of attention, and came home happy and relaxed. Communication was excellent throughout the stay, with updates that gave me peace of mind. It was clear that my dog was treated like family. I will definitely use their services again!
This was our first, but not last time with Sun. We received photos and videos throughout the 3-day sitting of our two dogs, having a great time walking in the park morning and evening. They had plenty of room in their home and they apparently loved the toys and beds. They were very happy when we brought them home, and we know they'll love the next visit!
Ozgu took amazing care of our boy Dougie!! She is so kind, attentive and she really loves taking care of her furry guests, she treats them as if they were her own. Can’t thank her enough for her thoughtfulness and how well she took care of our little guy while we were away on business. Brenda was so great with Brodie. She really impressed us at the meet and greet when she had a list of detailed questions to ask about Brodie, we saw that she kept those answers when we dropped him off for the week as a reference, which made us feel very confident. We could tell Brodie was shown a lot of love and affection while we were gone, and we were told he adjusted well. He came home happy but we could tell he would have stayed another week, no problem. This was the second time he’s watched my dog, Benjamin, and he did an amazing job again. I even felt comfortable having Benjamin stay at Chris’s place for a few nights, which says a lot! He sent daily updates and pictures, which I really appreciated. Benjamin came back happy and well cared for. He’ll definitely be my go-to sitter from now on, highly recommend!
