“I had such a wonderful experience with Loan and can’t recommend her enough! I booked from out of town and was so grateful to find someone so kind, responsive, and easy to communicate with. She took amazing care of our puppy, made sure he was fed, took him out for potty breaks, and kept him active and happy the entire time. She also sent tons of videos and updates, which gave me so much peace of mind. It was clear he was having a great time and even made friends! When I picked him up, he was so comfortable and friendly, and it was clear he had really bonded with her. He was rolling onto his back asking for more pets, which says everything about how safe and cared for he felt. Loan was truly great with pets, and I’m so grateful we found her. We cannot recommend Aissa enough! We were away for the weekend and felt completely at ease knowing our boys were in such good hands. Aissa is trustworthy and clearly loves animals. I took the risk and trusted Yoora, and Im glad I did. These couples treated my babies as their own. They are very happy and my babies are well taken care of. And I am surprised that my dogs learned eating dogfood (kibbles) and as well they are adding some portions of protein and veggies on their plate. They also let them roam around the house, lie down on the couch. I can tell my dogs loved their stay. I highly recommend this couple.
Absolutely amazing experience with Jason! This was our first time using the app, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Jason was incredibly responsive from the very beginning and maintained excellent communication throughout the entire boarding process. We had a last minute booking and a very specific request. Our dogs had to be a part of our wedding ceremony. We were getting married that weekend and needed someone we could trust to safely drop off our girls at the chapel. Jason not only agreed without hesitation but executed everything perfectly. That peace of mind during such an important moment meant the world to us. When we arrived, Jason warmly welcomed us into his home. He introduced our girls to his own dogs (who looked like full sizeed versions of ours, it was adorable!) and we could immediately tell he genuinely loves dogs as much as we do. It was clear our girls would be in great hands, and we felt completely at ease leaving them with him. Throughout their stay, Jason sent regular updates, photos, and messages, which we truly appreciated. It made us feel connected and reassured knowing they were happy and well cared for. Abbie and Layla had a wonderful time with Jason, and we will definitely be trusting him with our girls again in the future.
