*Hi there, I know my profile is long, but please read all of it !*!Hello, my name is Rhonda! I am a graduate of ABC the animal behavior college on line and am a certified dog trainer and nutritionist as well as a doggie masseuse. Well our day begins with a morning swim if the weather allows followed by breakfast and a little TV. After all of the human stuff is done we play fetch ,play in and out of the pool ,and do a lot of sunbathing! The pups are offered a number of different fun activities, and have access to the outside from one of three doggy doors which are always open unless it is too hot. We recently moved to a house that is very dog friendly and offers them to play, or go to an area to just lay around if that's more their speed. WE WATCH MULTIPLE DOGS AT ONCE this is what I do for a living along with rescue/ foster and an occasional training class! We always have dogs on property, Along with my crew of fur babies! What may seem like chaos to others is heaven to us. We are fortunate to have a house with an open concept that can be separated to meet most dogs needs. So whether your dog is small and nervous or old and just wants a relaxing vacation we can make that happen. We let the dogs figure out who they want to be around. We just want them to have a stress free vacation just like you. We are lucky enough to have a casita (small apartment attached to my home) with a full bathroom making it easy for me to bathe the dogs who are here for visits over 7days ,or we offer a bath and a nail trim (when the dog allows) for a price! I do have crates on property for the parents that crate their dogs and I also have drying crates for the ones who are getting their spa on! I do not crate unless asked, or if it is in the the best interest of the dog or my house example (not potty trained, chewer, or safety) Being that this is also my home I will also crate for the safety of (my pool guy ,exterminator ,workers or new dogs being dropped off we don't want any escapees) but it rarely happens that I can't just move them to different part of the house. I try to send picture updates and videos when possible but there are times when I am to busy taking care of the doggos. Also I do not offer the option for people to come over and hang out with their dogs during their vacay because of the extra stress on the dog and because it is my home. I am a 53 year old woman Happily married to a disabled Veteran of our Marine Corps. We wanted to relax in our older days, which is why we are here in the Las Vegas area! Other than the fact that I have had a crew of four legged children, I have been a foster mommy, rescue mommy and have volunteered for a ton of pitbull rescues! I am the strange dog lady and a laid back modern day legal old hippie chick who prefers dogs over people almost all of the time. I am also available for people who brought their dogs on their trip to Las Vegas and just want to be able to enjoy activities while knowing their dogs can have a place to hang other than their hotel room alone. I'm the perfect K9 hangout buddy if even for only a few hours! My goal is for your furbaby to have just as enjoyable vacation as you! I love what I do, its my passion as well as my career. I am the Las Vegas dog whisperer, and I am here to take the worries out of your travels. Always available 24/7 no such thing as to short of notice,my doors are always open for more visitors! We are located 15 minutes from the strip and am able to pick up and drop off as well for an additional fee (as business permits). Can't wait to meet you and you fur babies! Unfortunately I no longer offer pick up and drop off. And my cancelation policies are very strict during events and festivals here in Las Vegas, canceling within 3days of a reservation will be charged 50%! I'm so sorry... Also, when canceling an extended stay reservation early, you will be charged from the day that you cancel for seven days no exceptions! When bringing female dogs that are in heat, you will be charged $20 a day extra and will be required to bring all sanitary materials needed for your dog. Stay any unneutered males will be subject to being separated from the rest of the dogs, depending on behavior for everyone safety.
