“Or dogs were never boarded anywhere in their 12 years until this past week. Roe sat with our Tommy and Jessie for 5 nights. We and the dogs felt like they were going to a family members house. We were kept updated with comments and pictures. Roe let me know that Jessie wouldn't eat her food so she put a little chicken in there and that did the trick! And Tommy eats too fast and tries to sneak a few bites from Jessie, so Roe used a bowl that Slowed him down long enough to let Jessie eat all of her food. Roe and Donna were the best! We were in a rush to get out of town due to family emergency and our usual sitter wasnt available and I messaged Shan shan, with no hesitation she told us to come bring our baby right away to meet and see how he is, 5 mins later she said goo ahead we will watch him, she and her daughter held him the whole time, right then I knew our boy was in good hands. She sent me pictures and kept me posted on how he was doing which was great. The day of pick up we were running a little late, she offered to watch our boy overnight and pick him up in the early am instead so we dont need to rush back, Hands down very caring family and super accommodating with schedule changes and super flexible. Theresa is an amazingly talented dog sitter. My little senior dog Gigi is usually afraid of everyone and everything, usually preferring to stay in her crate than socialize. Theresa texted several updates with pictures everyday of Gigi feeling so comfortable from day 1 that she was socializing with other dogs, snuggling on the couch, eating well, and enjoying her time there. We are from California and took our dog Oreo with us for a short stay in Las Vegas. This was our very first time leaving our girl, Bluey, while we were out of state, so naturally we were pretty nervous. My parents dropped her off for us, and they immediately loved Kerri and said they hit it off right away, which made us feel even better. Throughout our trip, Kerri sent us lots of pictures and updates, and that gave us so much peace of mind. It was obvious Bluey was happy, comfortable, and getting plenty of love and attention. We missed Bluey more than we expected and asked if we could pick her up a little earlier than we had originally booked because we just couldn't stay away another night.
