We had a small bump in the beginning getting her to answer phone (alarm issues ) but after that she did a wondeful job in keeping up updated with are trigger . Electra was the best! Our dog Ricky is not used to being away from us at all, and she was so good with him. I know he cried so e during the night, and she was super patient and sweet about it. Will definitely be using her again!
Electra really took care of our scared little dog and cat. The frequent photos and vids helped us feel at ease on our vacation and she was even very accommodating and boarded them another day when we could not be back at the agreed upon day. You could tell she really cared about our animals and treated them like her own. We will definitely book again for our next vacation! Thank you!
