I would not recommend this sitter based on my experience. According to the friend who picked Lilac up for me, the sitter was quick to blame me for not providing food. However, before the stay began, I specifically asked if she had food available, and she told me she did, so I trusted her. About a week into Lilac’s stay, the sitter called me and said Lilac had woken up sick with explosive diarrhea, vomiting, and red eyes. She also told me Lilac had not been drinking water. I wish I had been informed sooner that Lilac wasn’t drinking, as I would have wanted to intervene immediately. Because I didn’t have any family available, I asked a friend to pick Lilac up. When my friend arrived, Lilac had been hosed down before pickup. My friend took Lilac home first to try to rehydrate her, and Lilac immediately began drinking water. However, shortly afterward, Lilac urinated what appeared to be straight blood. My friend then took her to the emergency animal hospital. At the hospital, the veterinarian determined that Lilac was severely dehydrated. She was not eating or drinking on her own and ended up being hospitalized for a week. I can’t say exactly what caused Lilac’s condition, but I was left with serious concerns about the level of monitoring, communication, and care she received. I would not trust this sitter with my dog again.

Electra was super sweet, always sending me pics and keeping me updated. She really went out of her way when I was late picking up Bruno, she waited for me even though it was late. Top! Highly recommend
