He communicates very well, sending photos and updates to ease MY separation anxiety, and is respectful of the routines and schedule that I have with her, making sure to keep things consistent. After the first boarding experience, my dog Babyblue loves Daniel and his dog Charlie, and gets excited whenever I show up at his gate. He’s got this pool and dog agility thing going on that would have you second guessing that it could just be a daycare. He even helped to crate train her! (wasn’t in his profile but I’ll take it) If you read til this point it’s pretty clear that I would highly recommend Daniel to watch over your pup, he/she will be in good hands, and your mind will be at peace.”

It’s clear she loves animals, especially knowing she’s cared for them her whole life. She and her husband are both very kind and give off cozy, welcoming vibes, as does their gorgeous home! :) She took excellent care of my dog, Kiwi. Heather is exactly the type of sitter you want - attentive and asking all the right questions, like how to make your dog’s stay comfortable and how to set up her crate just right. Kiwi can be a little picky with her food, but she was patient and thoughtful, adding wet food and trying different feeding times to make sure she ate. Heather sent regular updates and photos of Kiwi playing, lounging around, and doing whatever it is dogs do. She also took her on regular walks throughout the day and kept us updated on how those went. Her dogs are well-mannered and were very friendly upon meeting Kiwi. I would not hesitate to trust her with Kiwi again!!”

She took amazing care of our puppy, made sure he was fed, took him out for potty breaks, and kept him active and happy the entire time. She also sent tons of videos and updates, which gave me so much peace of mind. It was clear he was having a great time and even made friends! When I picked him up, he was so comfortable and friendly, and it was clear he had really bonded with her. He was rolling onto his back asking for more pets, which says everything about how safe and cared for he felt. Loan was truly great with pets, and I’m so grateful we found her.
