“Ok Memorial Day weekend took a small trip to see family and take my daughter for a road trip along with our pup pup. Thank God, we found Victor he was very professional about the situation I say situation because it was our first time using the app and first time leaving our Chevy with someone else. He had a few other dogs he was carrying for so I knew Chevy would love play mates. Victor was great his personality put me at ease. Victor went over some current training with Chevy which was a plus plus. He sent us pictures and Videos as well as updates. When we left I saw Chevy mingling with another Dog I was totally relieved I knew Chevy was in good hands. Victor went the extra mile to set up her crate for her as well as take it down to have it ready for us for pick up, Victor really made it that much easier (appreciate that Vic) it’s all the little things that count. About: I’ve grown up in a family where dogs have always been part of our lives, and caring for them has always come naturally to me. Since settling in Vegas, I’ve also fostered plenty of dogs from the shelter, giving me experience with all different backgrounds of pups 🐾. Loan was amazing with our baby, Brie. We were nervous about leaving Brie with a stranger while we attended a concert but once we met Loan and saw her clean and well set-up environment for dog care all worries disappeared. Loan is a pro and obviously loves dogs! Communication was quick. Lots of photo/video updates. Loan accommodated our later than expected drop-off and pick-up time. Everything went smooth. Karyn provided great care for our little dog, Dylan. We put in a last-minute request, and she responded promptly. She was very patient when first meeting him, since he was a little scared, and she sent us updates and adorable pictures of his time with her.
