“Amazing sitters!!! Seriously the sweetest and kindest dog-sitters. I received multiple pictures and videos of Linus running around having a fun time. Deza and Sandra had no problem with a very energetic dog. Very sweet! I felt like they treated my furball like one of their own. Will definitely rebook in the future.”

About: I've owned dogs my entire life and currently have an 8 year old Belgian Malinois/German Shepherd mix. I've gone through extensive training over the last 8 years that I've used to help friends and family with their dogs, as well as providing dog sitting care. I absolutely adore dogs and have worked with many different types of breeds of all sizes. I'm an active outside person with access to many parks and walking paths within 2 miles of my house. Im a stay at home dog mom so I have the ability to provide around the clock care for your fur babies. I have access to many beautiful outdoor areas and make full use of them! My backyard is big enough for medium/small sized dogs to run and play, but long walks and lots of playtime are also an everyday activity here. I have a fenced in yard as well as cameras that alert to motion around the property. I also have crates and gates to section off areas of the house should your pet need more safe place reassurance. For safety, and to make sure accidents never happen, the cats have their own space and never have access to the same spaces your fur baby is in. My pets are highly socialized and have been around many different animals/pets and are always well behaved.
“Susan is AWESOME! She took in our baby for daycare and was extremely caring and had great communication and sent us pictures/videos. She really loves what she does and our dog LOVED being there with her and the other dogs. Susan - you took all the stress out of our visit, Thanks!!”

About: Hi, I’m Vivian. As a Shiba Inu owner, I have experience caring for dogs of all sizes. For first-time boarding dogs, please schedule a meet & greet first. Your dog will also need to stay with me for a 1-hour trial without the owner present so I can properly observe their behavior and temperament. Dogs with the following behaviors will not be accepted: • Severe separation anxiety • Excessive barking • Destructive behavior • Fence jumping • Aggression toward people or other dogs All dogs must be up to date on: • Rabies • DAP / DHPP / DA2PP • Bordetella During boarding, dogs stay indoors or in the fully fenced backyard only. No outdoor walks or off-property outings. Pet care is a natural part of my daily routine as a dog parent. I provide regular potty breaks, playtime, walks, feeding, and supervision throughout the day to ensure each dog feels comfortable and well cared for. My home provides a safe and clean environment with a fully fenced backyard and a dedicated boarding room for guest dogs. I carefully supervise interactions, maintain regular cleaning and sanitization, and always prioritize each dog’s comfort and safety.
“Always the best! Ozgu is my go-to sitter as she always goes above and beyond in providing the most wonderful care for my fur baby Clover. Her dog, Harper has become Clover’s favorite friend to spend time with and they’ve become besties now. Clover always looks forward to spending time with them!! I never have to worry about her when Clover is with Ozgu since she sends me lots of pictures of Clover looking so happy and having the best time. I’m so happy to have found the best sitter and best friend for Clover 😊”

“Found a nice family for our dog. Tried a one day doggy day care to have our dog and the sitters well-acquainted, the communication before, during and after were good. We look forward to having BF them board for our dog in the next week and on.”

“Ok Memorial Day weekend took a small trip to see family and take my daughter for a road trip along with our pup pup. Thank God, we found Victor he was very professional about the situation I say situation because it was our first time using the app and first time leaving our Chevy with someone else. He had a few other dogs he was carrying for so I knew Chevy would love play mates. Victor was great his personality put me at ease. Victor went over some current training with Chevy which was a plus plus. He sent us pictures and Videos as well as updates. When we left I saw Chevy mingling with another Dog I was totally relieved I knew Chevy was in good hands. Victor went the extra mile to set up her crate for her as well as take it down to have it ready for us for pick up, Victor really made it that much easier (appreciate that Vic) it’s all the little things that count. Needle to say Chevy was invited to go back anytime and I will definitely be returning to Victor for my baby girls care. I would recommend my family and friends to Victor if ever needed. Again, Thank You so much Victor.”

Time to time she often send pics for her status update and made me so relief. She takes care of Sonnie with true TLC. Soonie ate well, played well, peed and pooped well. Loan really helped me to have wonderful vacation in Las Vegas”

“So happy I found awesome people to watch my dog for a couple days while we were in Vegas. The hotel my husband and I stayed at was dog friendly so we dropped Nairobi off and picked up her up for doggy daycare. She had a lot of fun playing with their dogs and she was tired and slept well at the hotel. I would definitely recommend Heather & Michael to watch your dog. I felt like my dog was safe and taken care of while we were enjoying Vegas.”

“Felt very comfortable leaving my baby with Britney. I wasn’t sure how he would do without his mom going and Britney not having any pets, but he ate there and seemed very happy when I picked him up.”

About: I have a 10-month-old female Goldendoodle and spend all day working from home with my husband, so pets always get plenty of attention and care. I can provide both a calm environment for relaxing and fun playtime for high energy dogs. I truly enjoy spending time with animals and making them feel safe and comfortable. 🌸 Can provide constant care for dogs with separation anxiety. 🌸 Bed & couch is allowed unless you prefer otherwise. 🌸 Puppies are always welcome, whether or not they’re housebroken. We can do potty breaks as often as needed. I work from home full-time, so dogs get lots of attention throughout the day, including potty breaks, walks, playtime, and many many cuddles. I enjoy creating a calm and comfortable environment while also making time for fun activities and exercise. I make sure every pet feels safe, comfortable, and loved, with plenty of supervision. Your dog will have an access to a secure enclosed yard for safe outdoor time and play. I follow each pet’s usual routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, and any special instructions. NOTE: I can care for any friendly small&medium dogs. For large dogs, i prefer similar characteristics to doodles since my dog gets scared otherwise🙈 But i’m always happy to schedule a meet&greet to make sure our dogs are a good fit for each other.

Think of doggy day care as your dog’s fun, supervised play date that happens to fit into your workday. Day care through Rover takes place in a real home. This offers a calmer and more personalized environment for your pup.
A typical day can include companionship, one-on-one attention, and same day pick-up and drop-off. Many sitters can also offer structured routines and exercise throughout the day. For recurring, weekly day care, sitters will include photo updates so you can see your dog in their element.
Here are tips for finding the ideal day care fit for your dog:
- For some small dogs: In-home day care can be the perfect fit. Look for sitters whose "can host" section only lists dogs weighing 0–7 kilograms and/or 7–18 kilograms. During your Meet & Greet, ask about play areas based on dog size and energy level.
- For high-energy dogs: The ideal doggy day care can offer scheduled breaks and outdoor spaces or activities. You can also find sitters who host multiple dogs to satisfy your pup’s socializing needs.
- For dogs who prefer human-only companionship: Use the filters "Doesn't own a dog" and "Only accepts one pet at a time" to find the right care.
Play groups can be an option when you book with a day care sitter through Rover. Many sitters do host a small number of dogs at the same time. Smaller dog packs are generally safer, more fun, and ideal for dogs who enjoy playtime but also want to relax throughout the day. When looking for your dog’s pack, check the sitter’s profile to see if they "Accept multiple clients" or have their own dogs. Then during the Meet & Greet, you can see whether your dog is a good fit for their social circle!
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in NV ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.
All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
