“Keila was so sweet babysitting my lil fur baby! Was in a Vegas for a weekend and wanted to catch a show! So glad we ended up going with her. Would definitely choose her again whenever I’m back in Vegas! She sent us pictures and videos while we were out I really appreciated that”

“Bridget was so kind to take our fur baby with such weird timing. Stopped in Vegas for the eagles concert and had no where to leave our pup. Contacted Bridget and she was more than willing to babysit him for the late night hours we were at the concert. Took him on walks and took him to the park to make him less nervous about us leaving him for a bit. Updated us with quick replies when we asked how he was doing. Definitely will contact again when we’re in town! Thank you Bridget!”

“Devin lives in a very secure neighborhood with great front yard for bathroom breaks for Chloe. Devin was very attentive and updated us of the status throughout the stay and was great experience overall!”

“Jaclyn baby sat my pup on a whim. We traveled to Vegas for a wedding. I messaged her hours before and she was quick to respond and took very good care of my boy. She was so sweet and sent me pictures of my pup. He is a young blue heeler. I was so happy with her service and would recommend her to anyone! Thanks again girl! ❤️”

“Garret was amazing, easy to work with, and super accommodating with me. My dog was well taken care of and really enjoyed himself too. Would def recommend his services.”

“We had an amazing experience with our dog sitter, Hannah, and couldn’t be happier! From the very beginning, her communication was excellent. She kept us updated throughout Rocket’s stay, regularly sharing pictures and messages that gave us so much peace of mind. We really appreciated the time and care she took when introducing Rocket to her dogs, making sure everyone was comfortable and safe. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine love for animals were evident every step of the way. Most importantly, Rocket had a wonderful time and came home happy and relaxed. It’s such a relief to find someone we can completely trust with our fur baby. We are so grateful for the care she provided and will absolutely be booking with her again. Highly recommend!”

About: I grew up surrounded by dogs, cats, fish, hamsters, and rabbits, which gave me a lifelong love for animals and a strong understanding of their individual needs. I especially enjoy caring for younger, smaller dogs and helping them feel comfortable and at home while they’re away from their families. I work from home, so I’m with the dogs for most of their stay and can provide plenty of attention, companionship, and supervision throughout the day. They’ll enjoy lots of indoor time with me as well as supervised playtime in my spacious, fenced backyard. For their safety, I keep the dogs indoors with me when they’re not playing outside, and I currently do not offer neighborhood walks. I have three friendly dogs of my own who love welcoming new friends! If your pup prefers some quiet time, I’m happy to accommodate that with crates and privacy covers available. I’m happy to follow your pet’s usual feeding routine and accommodate any dietary needs using the food you provide. My goal is to provide a safe, loving, and comfortable home where your pup can relax, play, and feel right at home. To ensure I can provide the best care possible, I’m currently focusing on younger and smaller dogs at this time. My home is conveniently located in the Southwest area of Las Vegas, close to the I-15 and I-215, the Strip, airport, shopping, restaurants, and local attractions. I’d love to welcome your pup into our home for a fun, safe, and relaxing stay! I work from home and have a flexible schedule, so please don't hesitate to discuss specific drop-off/pickup times for your pet(s) during our initial conversation. My home's fenced backyard offers a secure space to roam and a dedicated area with toys and cozy beds for rest or sleep. If your pet prefers peace and quiet, crates with privacy covers are available. Additionally, the backyard and dedicated area are monitored via Ring cameras.
“Scott was absolutely amazing! He is so friendly, responsive, and highly responsible. Drop-off and pick-up were super smooth and easy. I really appreciated that he kept me updated with pictures of my dog throughout the stay, which gave me complete peace of mind. My dog had a wonderful half-day playing with him and his three adorable, friendly dogs. I’ll definitely be booking with him again in the future. Highly recommend!”

“Yilin watched my dog after I contacted her with very short notice. She took good care of her and sent several pictures, which is all anybody could ask for. So I recommend her, and I will definitely reach out to her again when I need someone to watch my dog!”

“Exceptional doggie day care with Presis watching our little Mia. Presis was quick to reply to our messages, something I value. She sent pictures and comments during our dog stay. I felt comfortable knowing Mia was well taken care of. I also like she only boards one pet at a time. I will use Presis again and highly recommend her for your day care or boarding needs.”

“Sandra replied back to me so quickly when I was looking for a dog sitter which shows me she is very responsible and I love it! I told her about my baby, Luke’s personality and she immediately finds how to deal with him. She made me feel so comfortable to text me back promptly when I was in a meeting the whole day and kept me posted on how my baby was doing. She also sent me pictures and videos that made me so happy. Another plus is that her own babies, Pebblez and Margo welcomed Luke and became Luke’s buddies right away. By the way, Luke told me he fell in love with Pebblez! Right before we left her house, Luke went to Sandra twice and thanked her which told me that he really likes her! I highly recommend her if you look for a sitter who does what you want.”

“Excellent communication and very friendly. Easy to work with and answered all questions I had. Maverick is great with other dogs as well. Highly recommended AJ if you need a responsive and attentive sitter.”

About: I have a 10-month-old female Goldendoodle and spend all day working from home with my husband, so pets always get plenty of attention and care. I can provide both a calm environment for relaxing and fun playtime for high energy dogs. I truly enjoy spending time with animals and making them feel safe and comfortable. 🌸 Can provide constant care for dogs with separation anxiety. 🌸 Bed & couch is allowed unless you prefer otherwise. 🌸 Puppies are always welcome, whether or not they’re housebroken. We can do potty breaks as often as needed. I work from home full-time, so dogs get lots of attention throughout the day, including potty breaks, walks, playtime, and many many cuddles. I enjoy creating a calm and comfortable environment while also making time for fun activities and exercise. I make sure every pet feels safe, comfortable, and loved, with plenty of supervision. Your dog will have an access to a secure enclosed yard for safe outdoor time and play. I follow each pet’s usual routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, and any special instructions. NOTE: I can care for any friendly small&medium dogs. For large dogs, i prefer similar characteristics to doodles since my dog gets scared otherwise🙈 But i’m always happy to schedule a meet&greet to make sure our dogs are a good fit for each other.
About: Dogs have been a constant in my life since childhood. I raised my Chihuahua and Wheaten Terrier from the time they were four months old, and they each lived long, happy lives to 16. Losing them over the last two years was incredibly hard, but it also reminded me how much joy and purpose caring for dogs brings me. About 11 months ago, I was lucky enough to be united with Summer, whose mom came from a puppy mill rescue. Helping her grow into a confident, loved dog has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. Experienced with all sizes, ages, and personalities Over the years, I’ve been the go‑to sitter for friends and family—especially for long-term care. Some of the dogs I’ve cared for include: My aunt’s 110‑lb German Shepherd/Lab/Chow mix while she was deployed in Afghanistan. Two black lab sisters I regularly boarded. My brother’s black lab, who lived with me throughout COVID and completely stole my heart. From tiny companions to big, strong breeds, I’m comfortable with them all. I understand how to read dog behavior, build trust, and create a calm, safe environment. I'm currently available for walks on Saturdays and Sundays up to 60 minutes per dog. I am available for boarding Friday night through Monday morning - perfect for your weekend trips. I don't work weekends, so I will be available to your pups full time during these windows. I am available for weekend walks and Fri night -Mon morning boarding to start. I work full time during the week and am planning to retire at some point in the next 5-10 years, so I'd love to start building a client base now for a little gravy income when I'm done working full time. What you can expect - I treat every dog like they’re my own. Whether your pup is energetic, shy, senior, or somewhere in between, I meet them where they are. I’m patient, reliable, and genuinely love getting to know each dog’s unique personality. If you’re looking for someone who brings years of hands-on experience, a gentle approach, and a true love for dogs, I’d be honored to care for your pup. There will be daily walks and park visits if you preferred. Pets are permitted on the furniture and in bed, but if you prefer a more structured environment, I have crates of all sizes.
About: Hi, I’m Katelyn! 🐾😊 Here’s a quick look at what you and your pup can expect when you book with me: • 🌿 Large, fully fenced backyard with real grass for potty breaks, zoomies, playtime, and sniffing (no artificial turf!) • 🚗 Flexible drop off & pick up times • 🔄 Flexible stay extensions available 😊 if your plans change, we can modify your reservation • 🏡 Home based boarding • 📸 Regular photo & video updates • 🚶 Daily walks, playtime & enrichment • 🦴 Happy to follow feeding schedules, medication routines & special care instructions • 💕 Lots and lots of attention • 💤 A cozy, calm environment for rest & relaxation • 🚨 Same day boarding available (when my schedule allows) • 💬 Quick communication, so you’re never left wondering how your pup is doing • 🐶 Experienced with shy, anxious, high energy, big & little pups 🥰 • ❤️ Care tailored to your dog’s unique personality and routine My schedule is flexible, which allows me to give pets the time and attention throughout the day. I’m able to provide regular potty breaks, walks, playtime, meals, and plenty of enriching activities rather than just stopping in for the basics. I also keep pet parents updated with photos and messages, so you’ll always know how your furry family members are doing. 🐾 If you’re looking for same day care, I often have availability just send me a message, and I’ll do my best to help! 😊 I believe the best pet care starts with getting to know your pet. Every dog has their own personality, routines, and little quirks, so I take the time to learn what helps them feel comfortable. Whether they love to play, nap, explore, or just stay close to someone, I’ll care for them in a way that fits their needs not a one size fits all routine. 🐾

As of September 2026, there are 1,105 sitters on Rover offering Doggy Day Care across Erie. Enter your ZIP code to see which available sitters are closest to your home.
Sitters on Rover can offer flexible scheduling, so you can coordinate times that work best for you and your pet—whether that’s early drop-off or later pick-up to match your Erie commute.
If your schedule changes, it’s best to let your sitter know through the app as early as possible. Many sitters can adjust pick-up and drop-off times when needed.
Think of doggy day care as your dog’s fun, supervised play date that happens to fit into your workday. Day care through Rover takes place in a real home. This offers a calmer and more personalized environment for your pup.
A typical day can include companionship, one-on-one attention, and same day pick-up and drop-off. Many sitters can also offer structured routines and exercise throughout the day. For recurring, weekly day care, sitters will include photo updates so you can see your dog in their element.
Here are tips for finding the ideal day care fit for your dog:
- For some small dogs: In-home day care can be the perfect fit. Look for sitters whose "can host" section only lists dogs weighing 0–7 kilograms and/or 7–18 kilograms. During your Meet & Greet, ask about play areas based on dog size and energy level.
- For high-energy dogs: The ideal doggy day care can offer scheduled breaks and outdoor spaces or activities. You can also find sitters who host multiple dogs to satisfy your pup’s socializing needs.
- For dogs who prefer human-only companionship: Use the filters "Doesn't own a dog" and "Only accepts one pet at a time" to find the right care.
Play groups can be an option when you book with a day care sitter through Rover. Many sitters do host a small number of dogs at the same time. Smaller dog packs are generally safer, more fun, and ideal for dogs who enjoy playtime but also want to relax throughout the day. When looking for your dog’s pack, check the sitter’s profile to see if they "Accept multiple clients" or have their own dogs. Then during the Meet & Greet, you can see whether your dog is a good fit for their social circle!
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in NV ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.
All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Yes, Rover is well-suited for finding sitters who can care for your pet within 24 hours. With 1,105 sitters in Erie, 88% respond to messages in under an hour.
You can message multiple sitters simultaneously to find the fastest available match. If you need care today or tomorrow, you can look for sitters with a "calendar last updated" notice on their profiles.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
