This is the second time Loan has taken care of Rizzo, and once again, we couldn't be happier. This time he stayed with her for six days, and I feel so grateful and lucky that we found her. Rizzo truly feels at home with Loan. She not only has her own dogs but also cares for other dogs, and it was wonderful to see how much fun he was having. She kept me updated with photos and videos showing him playing, socializing, and receiving lots of attention and care. One of the best signs for me was how excited Rizzo was when I dropped him off. He immediately recognized the place and was genuinely happy to be there. When I picked him up, he was happy to see us, but he also looked relaxed, comfortable, and well cared for. Honestly, it seemed like he had been on vacation too! I highly recommend Loan to anyone looking for a caring, responsible, and loving sitter. Knowing that Rizzo is happy and safe with her gives me complete peace of mind.
We had a great experience with Loan. Got updates with pictures and videos all day. Our dogs always look happy. She even hand fed one of our dog who is having separation anxiety. She will definitely be our go to.
