You’ll love my pet hotel & dog park
Hi I’m Lulu and this is Downton Place Park, my private pet hotel & private dog park where I give your pet a VIP staycation while you vacation! I’ve owned dogs and small animals (rabbits, hamsters, etc) my entire life. Almost all my dogs were rescues and had special needs so I am comfortable helping your pet if they need a little tlc. My unique set up- a private gated dog park on my property with a converted container shelter. It’s insulated and temperature controlled for your pups and I to hang out in day or night! My private park was created with dogs in mind! Your pups can roam freely and explore the entire yard safely while the container provides secure and comfortable shelter with a/c and heat. Bring your dog's own crate and bedding if they’ll prefer it or I have cozy accommodations available.

It was my first time using Rover so I was a little nervous but my dogs had a great time with Lulu! I loved getting a collage video each day to see how they were doing and I feel like they were really well taken care of.
Lulu takes such good care of Zoey. Zoey loves exploring her yard and playing ball. We will be using her services again soon.
I’m so appreciative to Lulu for how she takes care of Sam! She’s the best.

Your pet is a VIP at my place. I’m able to spend much of my day with my furry guests and give added attention for those with special needs.

I have a fully enclosed private yard with a double fence for extra security. The container we stay in when petsitting is air conditioned/heated and furnished for year-round comfort for both your pet and myself! Fresh water is always available and there’s plenty of space to explore and get the zoomies out. Photos/videos of your pets stay are always available upon request!
A typical day
My place is the perfect place for dogs to explore! Outside there is room to run and experience new smells as well as shade to relax under. Inside, it’s temperature controlled and cozy, perfect for dog naps!
