Josh watched my 6-month-old puppy, Bleu, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. He kept me updated with pictures and little details about what they were doing throughout the day, which made me feel like I was right there with them. I’ve used Josh before and had a wonderful experience. We talk pretty casually most days of my trips. I’m a very involved pet parent. This time I was a little disappointed that CREED came home with stickers (burrs) all over his body and he appeared to be in some pain. Notification for these situations are important. I would have provided grooming tools or simply sent over a mobile groomer but I was never alerted. It lasted 4 days. They did allow indoor pottying after they noticed but didn’t consider rooming them from sensitive spaces (toe bed or under belly). I even got pricked by the burrs because CREED brought in the house. Again, Josh and his partner have been really good (even with drop off and pick ups) but I have to note this. I hope this will not happen again in the future. Thank you.
