About: My love for animals started at a very young age and has only grown stronger over the years. Caring for pets has never felt like a job to me—it's something I've always genuinely enjoyed. In high school, I regularly dog sat and cat sat for family, friends, and neighbors. I also spent years helping care for my grandmother's dogs, including a German Shepherd, Pomeranian, Rottweiler, and Poodle. Each had their own unique personality and needs, which taught me the importance of patience, consistency, and individualized care. I also have a special love for horses. My daughter has been riding horses since she was six years old, and spending time at the barn has become something we enjoy together. Whenever I have the opportunity, I volunteer at Lucky Star Range because any chance to be around animals is time well spent. I truly believe pets deserve the same love, patience, and respect that we give our closest family members. If there's one thing that sets me apart, it's my genuine passion for animals. I often joke that I love animals more than people—and there's honestly a lot of truth to it! That passion has inspired me to work toward my long-term goal of becoming a veterinarian. Until then, I'm grateful for every opportunity to care for and love someone else's furry family member as if they were my own. I am a full time online student so I have open availability. My weekends are open completely open as well. I’m here whenever you need😊 I live in a smoke-free home with no other animals. About: I've been surrounded by pets since I was about 6, from my grandfathers labrador, to a family friend's little puppy! I've always loved dogs, and cats too! I've had two of my own cats and currently two very kind dogs! I am more than experienced in the necessary precautions of catering to a pet along with creating my own unique bond. I currently help care for animals by cleaning kennels, washing bowls and Kongs, preparing treats, feeding them, and making sure they have a clean, comfortable place to rest. I volunteer three days a week and I own my own business. Both are flexible, I can set my own schedule to accommodate your needs. I will take care of your pets however you do. If you need dog walking, play time, lap time. When I volunteer, I like reading to the cats so if your pets need any kind of conversation, I am there. I'm learning how to bottle feed, where I volunteer, so if you need that, I can do that as well. Meds we can discuss.
