About: Hi I’m Megan! I just moved to Boston, I studied animal science at the University of Vermont so I absolutely love spending time with pets and I know a lot about animal needs! I have experience with a variety of animals as I have owned dogs, cats, bunnies, fish, Guinea pigs, cows, chickens, and more! I interned at a vets office and I also worked with sled dogs (Siberian huskies) throughout college and did all of the care for them including feeding, picking up poop, bathing, and tons of handling. I have experience raising puppies and caring for senior dogs, and love both. Specifics for what you want for your pet are always appreciated! I work at a pre-school so I am gone Monday-Friday from about 8am-3pm, so any dog staying with me during the week would have to be comfortable staying home during the day. I love to be active and go for walks and having a dog with me makes it so much more enjoyable! Whenever I have a pet they become my best friend for the time we spend together and I take their care very seriously. I live in an area of Boston that is very dog friendly with lots of walking trails nearby! I have gained a lot of experience through dog sitting and will always listen to your needs and expectations for how you want your pet to be cared for. About: I have had dogs for over 20 years, for me they are as much a part of my family, as the people in it. I take so much pride an joy taking care of my fur friends, I hope to provide you pet with the same care and love I give my own. About: There hasn’t been a time in my life where I didnt have a furry friend by my side. Growing up with pets has taught me how to properly care for & tend to an animal’s needs. I love being able to match the animal’a energy while also ensuring the safety & health of the pet - that is my main priority. About: Growing up we always had a house full of pets, mainly dogs and cats with the occasional lizard or guinea pig. The house has never really felt like a home without someone furry coming to greet me at the door. Whenever the parents were away I was in-charge of the pet care and would occasionally dog sit friends and family pets. We've had it all from big to small dogs, curly and fluffy so I am comfortable with all shapes and sizes. My current living situation doesn't allow for pets so getting a few hours to take care of your furry friends would be a dream. I mainly work from home and can bring my work with me so I have availability to walk/play the majority of the day. I'm happy to do overnight stays during the week and we can work out weekend visits. I'm comfortable with any environment your pet is accustomed to whether that be crates, fenced in yard or dog parks. I always ensure that leashes are on before opening the door and any harnesses are placed correctly.

Eugene is a fantastic dog walker. When he met my dog he took the time to really greet him. He asked me questions about what to look for in Ollie’s behaviors and body language, what to expect if Ollie encountered other dogs, and things to look out for on the walk that might cause Ollie distress. Ollie came back from the hour-long walk happy and well exercised. Definitely planning on having Eugene walk him again.
We are beyond grateful for Nico and can’t recommend them highly enough! Nico has cared for our dog, Smoke, and our cat, Tevye, multiple times — and every time we come home, it’s clear that they’ve been cared for with love, attention, and genuine affection. Nico is incredibly thoughtful, communicative, and reliable. We always get great updates and photos, and it’s obvious that they take the time to get to know each pet’s personality and quirks. Smoke can be a bit particular (he’s a Staffy with a big heart and an even bigger personality!) and Tevye is a young, mischievous Maine Coon — but Nico handles them both beautifully, meeting them where they are and making sure they feel comfortable and cared for. When Nico is watching them, we can truly relax knowing that our pets — and our home — are in the best hands. We return to a peaceful house, happy animals, and a sense that everything was treated with the utmost respect.
