About: I’ve grown up taking care of all sorts of animals, from dogs and cats to fainting goats. My mother is a veterinarian so I’ve grown accustomed to many animals other than my own and have learned how to properly care for them. I frequently dog and cat sit for family and friends. I also walk dogs at an animal shelter in my free time. I’ve had both of my dogs since they were puppies and have experience with dogs and cats of all ages and energy levels! I’m in school and work part‑time, which means I’m mostly available in the afternoons. I’m always willing to adjust my schedule with advance notice to best meet your pet’s needs. I’m currently a grad student looking to fill my time during my weekdays/weekends when I’m not in class :) I have experience working with young puppies, as well as helping train service dogs in training for 4 years. I also have a family dog who is 5 years old and a retired service dog!! I am happy to help with dropping in while you’re at work or on a trip :)) I am currently in grad school some weekday evenings so most of my availability is during the day!! I also work in retail so I have some weekends open depending on my schedule!! About: Hello, my name is Lissa. I’ve been an animal lover for as long as I can remember and I regularly take care of friends and family’s pets while they are away. I’ve volunteered with the animal shelter for a little over a year and am happy to take care of some new furry friends! I do work full-time but have a hybrid schedule. About: I currently have a cat of my own -Ozzy- and have cared for him for the past three years, giving me a lot of experience with feeding, keeping routines, playtime, litter box care, and paying attention to changes in behavior or mood. I previously worked at a pet store where I helped care for shelter cats up for adoption. This gave me the opportunity to work with cats with different personalities and comfort levels and taught me the importance of patience and letting each animal come to you at their own pace. In anddition, I’ve also cared for my neighbors' pets over the years, including cats, dogs, birds and rabbits while they were away. I grew up with dogs and have experience walking and caring for them, as well as growing up with hamsters and birds. While I'm not comfortable handling birds directly, I'm happy to help with basic care such as feeding and cage cleaning. Working late? I’ve got you! I work a full time office job, so my most reliable weekday availability is early mornings for check-in visits and after 4 pm for dog walks and check-ins. Rain or snow? No problem! I’m happy to get outside for your dog’s walk as long as conditions are safe for both me and your pup! I’m also available Saturday/Sunday mornings and afternoons, with evenings varying from week to week. Feel free to reach out even if your schedule doesn’t perfectly match my usual availability as I’m happy to see if we can make it work. For weekday mornings or earlier afternoon visits, I may be able to accommodate requests with a few days notice depending on the location. I’m especially flexible around the Downers Grove area. My goal is to find a schedule that works for both of us and, most importantly, keeps your pet happy and well cared for. I know how important our pets are to us, and I want you to feel confident that yours is in caring, dependable hands while you're away. I'm a calm and attentive caregiver who takes the time to learn each pet's individual personality, routine, and needs. For check-in visits, I can provide fresh food and water, litter box cleaning, playtime, and oral medication (pills only—no injections). I’ll also send you a photo and update during each visit so you know how your pet is doing. I’m mindful that I’m also a guest in your home. I clean up after myself, keep your pet’s food, toys, and supplies where they belong, and leave things as I found them. I believe clear communication is an important part of building trust, so I’ll follow your instructions carefully and let you know if I notice anything unusual with your pet. At this time, I offer check-in visits and dog walking rather than boarding.

About: I own a weenie dog named George. I love this guy to the moon and back. My husband won’t let me get another one, so I’ll love on yours! I used to dog sit in my home, I had 8 dogs at once, a few summers ago. I am happy to walk them, hang with them, and spoil. One of my favorite clients was a one eyed pitbull named Jack, and his boxer brother named Claude. I have always had Dogs growing up, I am such an animal lover. We have also had pet rats, birds, bunnies, and hermit crabs! I can provide excellent references. George the Wiener is my biggest supporter. We also have an adorable Dutch Bun, named Bun, a gold fish we won at a carnival 6 years, named Carnival Fish, and a bearded dragon named Harold! About: Hi! I am a 19 year old lifelong dog owner! Over the course of my life I have owned and taken care of around 20 dogs and 2 cats. Since I have taken care of so many different dogs I have experience with a very wide range of breeds and ages! I have had many dogs from puppies all the way into their senior years. These breeds of dogs consist of German Shepherd, Belgian Malinois, Pit Bull, Jack Russel, Chihuahua, Shihtzu, Corgi, Lab mixes, Bernese Mountain dogs and various mutt mixes. I also have around 2 years of experience working at Pet Supplies Plus and caring for the in-store fostered cats daily as well as the small animals and birds. I have a wide range of experience with differently tempered cats because of this and the small animals I took care of consisted of Syrian hamsters, dwarf hamsters, guinea pigs, gerbils, parakeets, and cockatiels! I also have a lot of knowledge of pet care products to assist you with your pets specific needs! I am currently in college majoring in photography! Thankfully my classes are all evening classes that start at 6pm, Tuesday-Thursday (I am unavailable fridays) so I will have from around 9:30 AM until 5:30 PM daily to care for your companions! I currently have three dogs, one being a Belgian Malinois, one a German Shepherd and the third a Pitbull mutt mix. I also have a fenced in backyard that they play in daily! About: I have been around and taken care of animals my whole life but had dogs, cats, guinea pigs, birds and rabbits at times throughout my adult life. I am an empty nester that now lives in an apartment. My fiance and I also travel at times for work, so we are unable to have a dog of our own due to the travel which can be unpredictable at times. I would love to get my animal “fix” but also get some extra exercise. I am a very empathetic person and would take care of your furbaby like it was my own! About: I’ve grown up around animals ever since I was little. I’ve had Guinea pigs, fish, dogs, and cats. I’ve always been an animal lover, going to pet camps, vet camps, and even horse camps when I was younger. I don’t just enjoy indoor animals I love wildlife as well! Throughout our years of having animals, I learned to feed, walk, play, and bathe animals and enjoy while doing it all! My days to provide pet care are everyday of the week! Lots of time between classes and practice! I have plenty of time everyday of the week between classes, and practices/games. Majority classes are 8am and morning time. All afternoons and evening normally free, and I’d love for overnight stays!! I can always make and find time to attend the pups! I care for my pets as if they are humans. I treat them the way you’d treat a person and think about what they would like not what I’d like them to do. I treat other peoples pet as if they are my own with lots of love, energy and treats!
