About: I’ve grown up always around animals. Whether they were mine, my grandparents, or a friends. I have a lot of experience taking care of cats and dogs emotionally and physically. I also volunteered to a few animal shelters to learn how to properly take care of both cats and dogs. I normally work mornings until around 2-4 pm. So I’m available the rest of the day to take care of your pets. I’m on a rotating shift so essentially I’m available everyday all day for anyone in need for pet care. There’s also times of the month I’m available all week for anyone who plans to take a vacation out of state for a week. I’ll be available to make sure your pets can also relax until you guys come back. In both my home and the client's, I will make sure all of the pets needs are taken care of. Whether that be: entertainment, training, or food.

About: Hello! As a dog owner and a veterinary professional- I understand how hard it is to leave your pet while you’re traveling. Boarding facilities can be stressful for pets and I love to see them thrive in the comfort of their own home. I’ve been a veterinary technician assistant for 8 years. I cannot wait to give your dog the attention you want them to have while you’re away! I promise to take care of yours just like they are mine. Sometimes my work schedule is different and It varies week to week. I can always let pets out for potty breaks while I’m on my break as well as long as your in a 10 minute radius from my work in south wheaton. Il. I love to go on walks and give your pet exercise and let them run out their energy. Experience with puppies and senior dogs! I am a huge advocate of accepting all dogs regardless of their breed. I have gone through fear free certification as well. See you soon! I am working full time but have some days off. Weekends are best for me! If I do work Saturday- it’s 7-1pm for me then I’m able to hang with your pup! Sundays I’m off- always I plan to take care of your baby just like I take care of my own. About: I feel strongly about the human animal-bond and I believe your pets deserve the best care possible! My experience goes back to childhood since I've had cats and dogs my whole life. I've watched neighbors' and friends' pets while they were out of town and even watched a friend's horses while she was on vacation. I walked dogs at Anderson Animal Shelter (now Anderson Humane) as a kid. I worked for a pet sitting company for a little over a year in 2020. That year I also began school to become a certified veterinary technician. After two years taking classes full time and completing two externships I became a CVT. My schooling did include kennels- aka walking, cleaning up after and caring for the rescued dogs and cats we learned on (they were adopted out at the end of each semester). I also have helped with pets who were boarding at veterinary offices. I can do medical treatments on your fur baby if necessary. I am open to watching exotic pets. I have a huge admiration for spicy cats. I am your person for house sitting and drop in visits. I will be using Rover for part time work but I do have flexible availability! I have stepped away from full time work all together for the foreseeable future. I am a morning person and I would love to spend some time outside with your pup whatever the weather may be. I enjoy walking outside even in zero degree weather! I am happy to accommodate any routine you need for your fur babies. Greeting your pet is important, especially if I am new to them. I will give them food and water and clean dishes as advised by you. I will take them for a walk or outside to play and go potty depending on what they are up for. If you need pills or treatments or any kind to be administered I can absolutely do that. I will treat your pet, your home and belongings with the utmost respect and responsibility.

About: I have experience caring for both cats and dogs, including feeding, and playtime. I’ve dogsat multiple times for neighbors and friends and currently have a cat of my own, so I understand how important it is to keep pets safe, happy, and loved. I also have experience babysitting children, so I’m patient, responsible, and great at following routines. I truly enjoy spending time with animals and making sure they’re comfortable while their owners are away. I’m currently a part-time college student, with classes Monday and Wednesday mornings and Tuesday and Wednesday evenings. Outside of those class times, I’m completely free and have plenty of flexibility throughout the week. About: Animals have been a central part of my life for as long as I can remember, but English Bulldogs hold a special place in my heart. I trained and raised my own English Bulldog for 9 years, who grew into a special needs senior: blind in his later years and on multiple daily medications. Loving him through every stage taught me what bulldog parents already know: these dogs are one of a kind, and they need a sitter who understands them. Bulldogs aren't just low-maintenance couch potatoes, and I know the details that make the difference. I understand their stubbornness, heat sensitivities, and breathing issues. I stay on top of daily wrinkle cleaning and regular ear checks to prevent irritation and infections, and I'm happy to apply nose butter and follow your dog's grooming routine if needed. I also have the patience to work with a stubborn bulldog mood. Managing multiple daily medications and caring for a blind senior dog taught me to be organized, gentle, and attentive to any changes in routine, appetite, or behavior. My experience goes well beyond loving animals. I've worked at both a pet store and a local animal hospital, where I cared for a variety of animals, cleaned enclosures and kennels, maintained a sanitary environment, tracked food intake and behavior, and administered medications. For the past 10+ years, I’ve worked with a number of reputable animal and wildlife properties, including shelters, nature centers (e.g., Indiana Dunes State Park and Lyman Woods Interpretive Center), wildlife rehab. facilities (e.g., Willowbrook Wildlife Center), and zoological societies (e.g., Safari Lake Geneva). I have an unparalleled passion for animals of all breeds and species, possessing direct experience with the following: dogs, cats, rodents, herps, birds, malacostracans, arachnids, and various hooved mammals (horses, giraffes, camels, donkeys, zebras, antelope, etc.). Our family has also owned a diverse array of critters, great and small; my husband and I have been proud rat parents (very heartbreaking that they only live a few years) and are current rescue parents of a leopard gecko, bearded dragon, and albino Florida kingsnake! As a part-time sitter, I am well-versed in walking, bathing, feeding, and administering medication. For the time being, I am working through Rover part-time on my days off.
