“Justine, Brett, and family made our little guy feel right at home. If our dog could speak a human language I am sure he’d say to my family, “Hurry up and go on vacation again!” If you need someone to care for your pup(s) look no further, as they are great carers and communicators.”

“Robynn was amazing! She watched Takeo and Tito for us last minute and did such a wonderful job. Even when our doggos were a handful, she handled everything with care and kept us updated the whole time. We felt completely comfortable with her, and our dogs looked so happy and well taken care of. We’re so grateful and would absolutely book with her again!”

“Lucy stayed with Amanda & Anton while we went on a vacation for a week. Lucy seemed very happy and was well cared for. It was so nice to receive photos and updates. Thank you!”

“Our lively viszla pup had a great time with Elise. She was very responsive and caring in the lead up to his stay, and we even had a meet and greet beforehand to ensure we could pass on all instructions… He was well exercised and well loved during the eight days or so that we were gone. We received lots of photos, and he came back with some excellent manners.”

“So glad we found Ashley to take care of our 10-11 week old dachshund puppy for over a week while we were on vacation. She created a safe and cozy space where our pup could be secure and not be crated all day, and still be able to play and interact with her kiddos and other pups. Our pup got a lot of love and attention, I was afraid he wasn't going to want to come home! Highly recommended!”

“Beth was wonderful! Very reliable, responsible, and great with communication. She also sent pictures while on trio of my puppies and fast responses to my messages. I would highly recommend Beth based on not just her being so great with pets but also because she is very caring and genuine with not only the pets but the owners too which made us feel very comfortable. She was and is the best! We will be having her for any trips watching our puppies in the near future!”

“Lynda is wonderful! She watched our dog 3 days over a long weekend and did a great job. Her house and yard are perfect for hosting dogs. Definitely will be coming back for all future boarding needs!”

“David and Susan were easy to schedule with and very accommodating for our dog! They hosted our lab for a long vacation and made sure she was loved while we were away! Thank you!”

“Palvi is very nice and did a great job in taking care of Snoopy over 5 days while we were on vacation. Snoopy is shy, anxious by nature & picky eater. Snoopy got comfortable with her family in short time & had good fun time playing hide & seek with her kids & her pet Corgi. We are so thankful that we found Palvi & would definitely recommend her.”

“Eric is a great pet sitter. As soon as I met him and saw his house and yard, I just felt so calm. I knew he would take good care of my dog. She did have a bad first night but Eric took care of it with aplomb and empathy. I highly recommend Eric.”

“Judy was the best. She took in our 1 yr. old pup and treated him like a king. She was flexible and accommodating. There were many updates where he looked happy and cool in the plus 90 heat! Thank you, Judy.”

“Our little guy had another great stay. Kelly and Tariq are very welcoming and kind. Our dog ran right into their house and made himself at home. Highly recommend this family to care for your fur baby.”
“Our dog Marty had a wonderful stay at Maria’s house. He was all smiles when we picked him up. I would recommend Maria to anyone who likes their dog to have fun interacting with other dogs.”

“Selena did an amazing job and made the whole experience feel effortless. My pup had the best time ever and even better was Selena was incredible about updating me with pictures and videos throughout it all. Selena and her pups were great in welcoming my boy into their home, I could tell my dog was bummed when his stay ended. I would definitely rebook and encourage anyone looking for someone they can trust to take of their pets to look no further”

“I couldn't be happier with how things went leaving Dolce with Christina and her family. I have boarded my dog at kennels before and have always had some issue when I returned, not this time. I could tell she was happy and felt at home with Christina and her family. Would highly recommend Christina to anyone.”

“Fanny is an excellent person and dog sitter, very dedicated. She sent us a daily photo and message with updates about Max. They went on many walks and our cocker spaniel was so happy to be with her. I 100% recommend her, great area and very affordable! Thank you so much Fanny!”

“Heather did a great job as always! My shy cats have really warmed up to her and she sent lots of cute pictures each day along with a detailed description of how they're doing. I'm super happy with her service and will definitely book Heather again!”

“Vivian has visited our cat on two occasions and does a great job. He is diabetic and she administers his insulin shot twice a day while we are away. She is very reliable and ensures she's communicating any details durijg her visits, etc. Will definitely keep requesting her services for Connor when we travel!”

“I'll always be booking Ash and I may start planning my vacations around Ash's availability (kind of joking :) ). We have a reserved cat that Ash has been great with. Timely, great summaries, and great pictures of the visit that just leave me at ease. Don't hesitate to book Ash. You won't regret it.”

“Victoria was awesome with our 2 cats! She took great care of them and followed our directions precisely. She even helped problem-solve an issue with the automatic feeder to ensure they would be okay after she left. My shy cat seemed very comfortable with her. I would absolutely book with her again. Thanks so much for taking such great care of them!”

“Barbara has looked after our 2 cats for numerous visits now and both Stormzy and Nala grew fond of her very quickly and always happy to see her when she came. The true testament of that is Barbara went above & beyond any normal visit when our Stormzy was not well & Barbara helped take her immediately to the vet and made sure we were connected at all times. We are so very grateful for this support and so thankful Barbara was able to handle this smoothly! Can’t recommend her highly enough for taking care of your pets!”

“Paula did a great job with our two babies. We loved that she came onboard at the very last minute to help us. I tipped her, in gratitude, at the beginning. She’s terrific!!”

About: Animals have always been a big part of my life, and I’ve spent years caring for family and friends’ dogs while also attending dog training classes to better understand their needs and behavior. As the proud owner of two very spoiled cats, I know how important it is to find someone you can trust, and I will care for your pets with the same love, attention, and reliability I give my own. I currently work full-time (9-5) which gives me flexibility to perform pet care before and after work, as well as the weekends! I have my own car so transportation is never a problem I am very comfortable caring for pets in the home and love to take dogs on walks. I have experience with most domesticated animals and am willing to learn how yours wants to be cared for.

“Sarah took great care of our cat, Poof while we were Gone. Poof loved her morning visits and playtime and I loved the pictures we got everyday! That really made us feel good and at ease that she was being taken care of! We will definitely use Sarah again! Thanks!”

“Cristina was always on time for her visits and left good notes for me. Her pictures of our cat were numerous and always satisfying. She was always responsive if I had questions. I will happily call on Cristina the next time we’re out of town.”

“Dana went above and beyond for our kitties! One of ours is medically needy, plus needed a last minute vet visit. She remained flexible and communicated promptly and made it all so much less stressful for us. She certainly loved on both of the kitties while she did her drop-ins, and we’d use her again!”

“10/10 stars!! Our kitties were so well taken care of and had the best time with her. Samantha is top notch—rolled with our changing plans, and took excellent care of our creatures. And all the pictures made us feel right there at home with them. Couldn’t be more grateful for her!”

About: I grew up with my black cat, Sony, being my best friend, but she unfortunately passed away in 2021 at the grand old age of 21. After she passed, I decided to start fostering cats in her memory! Since I started fostering, I have successfully helped 10 cats and kittens find their amazing forever homes! I cat-sat for many people while I was in college in Chicago and have even gotten a sweet girl of my own since then. I have taken care of and fostered many cats, some before and after being spayed/neutered, and others cats with liver and gut issues, so I have experience administering various medicines and preparing wet food for cats.
“Mollie went above and beyond to take care of my cat. She took plenty of time to play with my cat during each visit and sent me detailed reports with many pictures. She is very caring and reliable. I highly recommend Mollie to care for your pets. Thank you Mollie!”

About: Wouldn't you rather have your dog in a dog-loving home every day instead of a commercial doggie daycare? With dog beds or couches instead of crates? I have lived with dogs most of my life and with cats for 35 years. I have fostered or rescued many animals. I can give personal attention to puppy "potty" training too! - found cat at side of road who had been shot with BBs. Took him to vet to have 33 BBs removed. Unfortunately he lost both eyes but was quickly adopted and is enjoying his life and even catching flies! - rescued little dog that was chasing a bike down a busy street. I was able to find her family and return her safely. - I found an injured bat and took him to Willowbrook for care. I love animals and I will take good care of yours! I am very comfortable with all types of animals. We spend a lot of time outdoors in our huge backyard, weather permitting. Play time is all day as I don't leave them alone but am always there to supervise. Because we also have cats, visiting dogs must be able to safely interact or ignore cats. Tiny dogs, very large dogs and everyone in between are welcome! I am available for weekly doggie daycare and boarding for my daycare clients. My schedule is very open and I am always with the dogs, supervising. To ensure their safety, they will never be left at home alone Your dogs will have the whole house to roam, just as my dogs do. They will have a fully fenced yard in which to run and beds or sofas or dog beds from which to choose for sleeping
About: TLDR; I treat every pet like the main character. I lost my furbaby to kidney disease in July 2025 and it was absolutely life-shattering. I was so connected to her that she meant the world to me. While I'm not ready for another dog to fulfill my life, I'm ready to open my heart and home to care for your pet. I currently have 2 senior cats in my home. I’ve cared for family members’ dogs and cats over the years, from energetic puppies to calm senior pets. I’m comfortable with feeding routines, administering basic medications, enrichment activities, and giving an abundance of affection. Your furbaby gets my full attention and a warm, peaceful home environment. I’m patient, safety-focused, and great at picking up on a pet’s personality—whether they want playtime, snuggles, or a little space. I’ll keep you updated with photos and notes so you feel confident and connected while you’re away. If you think we'd be a good fit, let's chat! I have an open and flexible schedule, so pet care fits naturally into my daily routine. I’m able to give pets attention, regular outdoor time, and consistent routines throughout the day. In my home, I focus on creating a calm, comfortable, and safe space. I stick closely to your furbaby's usual routines—feeding, walks, playtime, and rest—so they feel at ease during their stay. I keep a tidy environment with a securely fenced yard for safe outdoor time, and I make sure they always have fresh water, cozy spots to relax, and plenty of attention.
About: I've taken care of cats and dogs for over 10 years for friends and family. I love animals, and bring a strong sense of care and joy to my work. I am a college student who is off for the summer, seeking gig work to pay the bills. I have a lot of free time. I treat clients with privacy and treat their homes as I would treat my own. The safety and well being of their pets is my first priority.
“Jeni G was great with my two cats Ash and Button. I was out of town for 8 days and she sent me photos 2x a day of my kitties which always made me smile. I have nothing but good things to say about the cat sitting services she provided. It's comforting to know my cats are in good care while I'm gone. I'll definitely request Jeni in the future. Thanks Jeni!”

“Justine and Brett were fantastic! By the time I picked up my little pup, he was all tired out from all the attention and playtime they had with him. So grateful to them for watching my pet!”

About: I’ve owned both cat and dog, I have a fenced in backyard that is perfect for fetch and other games, I love making sure that pets get the love and attention they deserve! My schedule is fairly flexible, I am available to take care of your pets in the afternoons, and weekends. I am available full-time in the summer months I enjoy taking care of pets in your home, or in my 1/2 acre, fenced-in yard. There is plenty of space to run and play. I like to make sure that dogs are mentally challenged with puzzles and obedience training!
“Maria has been a LIFE SAVER for me. I work full time in Chicago and I needed someone who was able to take my dog M-F but I didn't want to bring my dog to an impersonal day care. That's when I found Maria. I really love that Oliver (my dog) is safe in Maria's home and also able to go to the dog park everyday. When I pick him up he is a very happy and tired dog! I could not have asked for a better situation and we consider Maria part of the family. She treats my dog as if he was her own and for that I am so thankful.”

“Excellent and fantastic service. We contacted her less than a day before and she graciously accepted. Did a quick video call to discuss any thing she might need to know and dropped the pups off the next morning. Lots of pics of the pups playing and smiles on their faces. Overall an awesome service and she obviously loves what she does. Will definitely use again next time in the area.”

About: We’ve provided care for both our own and others' pets since we were children. Family, friends, and neighbors have trusted us to feed, water, play with, walk, and board their pets when they travel. Having lived both in the country and in town, we have both loved and cared for our own and others' cats and dogs for several years in several environments. We both have flexible working schedules, especially in the summer. We have plenty of time to devote to your beloved pet and are used to juggling multiple tasks. My husband and I live in a three bedroom house in Carol Stream, just outside Wheaton. We have a large yard with a 3-sided fence in which pets would be very safe with proper supervision. Pets would be welcome to lay and sleep wherever they are most comfortable - on our furniture, in one of our two beds, or in their own beds or crates. We are animal lovers and have had our own animals in our home. We have welcomed many a new pet into our home, so your pet would receive our love and care while staying at our home.

About: Over the past year, I have been actively pet sitting for friends, caring for both dogs and cats with different personalities, routines, and needs. My experience includes feeding, walking, playtime, companionship, litter box care, and following specific instructions to ensure pets feel safe and comfortable while their owners are away. I used to be an IT professional, retired recently after both my kids graduated from college. Now we are empty-nested with no pets no kids. ☺️ I have a very flexible schedule and am available most days for pet sitting, walking, and playtime. When I am going to run some errands, my husband who is working at home and also a pet-lover will watch the fur baby so he/she is accompanied most of the time. Need a daytime solution for your furry friend? I also provide flexible Doggy Day Care alongside my regular boarding services. For all new clients, the first step is always a Meet & Greet to ensure we're a perfect match for your pup! My journey into Rover boarding comes from a place of deep love for dogs. After 11 wonderful years together, my beloved dog passed away two years ago. While my heart has healed, I missed the joyful energy, the sound of paws on the floor, and the companionship of a dog in the house. I chose to start pet boarding because it allows me to pour all that lifetime of accumulated love, patience, and spoiling into your furry baby! When your pet stays with me, they won't just be "looked after"—they will be treated with the exact same deep devotion, warmth, and care that I gave my own boy for over a decade. I will only take one pet a time for boarding. Pet will enjoy completely unrestricted, free roam of our home, plenty of one-on-one attention, and a daily routine tailored exactly to their comfort level. Please bring your pets food and treats. If your pet has favorite bed/blanket/toy, bring them, otherwise they can use our dog bed, our sofa and, my bed! Small or medium size dogs (<40 lb).

Our home is a two story pet safe environment with a finished basement, there is ample room for pets to run around, and easy access to food and water as well as local parks and nature walks

About: I grew up in a big family , we always had pets from dogs-hamsters! And we took care as if they were part of the family . I am compassionate, and I would love your animals and care for them and treat them with kindness as if they were family. As a mom of 5 older kids, I’ve gotten really good at balancing routines and staying organized. Now that they’re more independent, I have lots of free time in my day to dedicate to caring for pets, giving them attention, exercise, and a reliable schedule. I did have 3 cats and 1 dog at one time before. They still are part of the family they live with family members and I visit them time to time and they come to my house as well. I love walking dogs and taking care of animals that are only comfortable in your home. I am a trust worthy person when it comes to someone trusting me in their home. Clients should know that their home and their pet are well taken care of and respected.
About: I have owned and cared for dogs, assisting in training and grooming, my entire life. I worked in a grooming parlor throughout high school and have owned a number of animals both domestic and exotic since childhood, including cats, dogs, reptiles, and fish. I am currently training my youngest dog as my service dog for a newly discovered dysautonomic condition, which has given me a plethora of knowledge outside of the basic obedience training I have provided the dogs in my care my entire life. I am experienced in medication administration, senior care, dietary restrictions/allergies, and am familiar with behavioral issues stemming from insecurity or severe anxiety, giving me great attention to dog behavior and body language. I am also able to do a basic full body groom for dogs including paw pads, nails, teeth, and ears from home, limited to dogs requiring only brush outs and not actual haircuts for their breed. With my experience in pet anxiety, particularly separation, I am also very attentive to enrichment for the dogs I care for, ensuring they are mentally and physically stimulated to avoid any destructive behaviors from boredom. I am also a beginner to dog sports, something I am exploring the different forms of with my current dogs to see which sport they thrive in and enjoy. I am technically unemployed, meaning my routine can be adjusted to fit the needs of the dogs I am caring for. My usual routines are driving kids to and from school or taking them and our puppy on outdoor adventures (walking, fishing, swimming, etc) that would easily be able to include your own dog! We also recently lost our high needs senior dog last March, which has left us with a lot of extra time to love on another pup. It leaves a lot of flexibility for anyone with a wonky schedule or a 9-5 that needs care during normal working hours. I am currently a caregiver for my 7 year old epileptic brother who would be home outside of school and most weekdays during sitting, which means that any dogs I board should be comfortable with respectful kids. I also have a 2 year old friendly white pittie and small senior chihuahua mix that would give your dog someone to play with! If your dog does need to be the only dog, I would be able to sit rather than board at my own home for their comfort, as I am unable to offer boarding without my dogs being home. Outside of driving my brother to and from school or the occasional doctor's appointment, I am typically pretty available outside of my puppy's training schedule which I am able to adjust as needed. I offer enrichment, am able to crate, and have a long line on our patio with a plethora of toys from balls to a flirt pole for outdoor play. We also live in a complex with two built in dog parks that I use when empty, which I would be able to bring your dog to with or without my own. I am able to do training, enrichment, medication administration, meals, outdoor time, and provide walks as needed and to the degree your animal needs. I also have experience in caring for both ill and healthy exotic animals should you have any other pets in your home that need care.

“Vivian was AMAZING!! I have never left my dogs with anyone other than family in 24 years! She did a great job even when my dog did not cooperate on their first walk. She left me great messages and cute photos. I felt very comfortable leaving and did not worry at all on trip while I was away. I will be using her again and would recommend her over and over.”

“Crissy has been walking our three pups for a number of weeks now and they love her! She takes them on better walks than I do and I've actually noticed a positive change in their behavior outside. She's awesome!!!”

About: I trained my German Shepherd, Dakota, and taught him all 25 of the tricks that he knows! I have trained and lived with that 80lb pup with behavioral issues, so I am confident even with the biggest, craziest dogs! I have a soft spot for big dogs because of Dakota, but I also grew up with 3 Chihuahua mixes and a Border Collie which cemented my love for dogs of all sizes and temperaments! During the school year, I have college classes Monday through Thursday every week, but they are spread out if I needed to let any dogs out or take them for brisk walks in between! On the weekends, I don’t ever have a strict schedule. In the summer, my availability varies moreso by week! I let the animals warm up to me first before petting, picking up, or feeding, as to keep them as comfortable as possible. I love playing with cats and dogs indoors or outdoors. I have lived in Wheaton for my entire life, so I know the Wheaton area and all of its surrounding towns very well so I can take pets on longer or shorter walks as need be!

I can provide loving affection to your special furry family member, play, throw balls and go for walks. I also have a house with a fenced in yard.

About: Hi, I’m Fred, your local pack leader 🐕 My journey into canine care and training started during a difficult periods of my life. After suffering an injury in the summer of 2025, I spent several months in physical therapy with one goal in mind: being able to walk my dog, Ada, again. Throughout my recovery, Ada never left my side. She watched me struggle through daily exercises, accompanied me on potty breaks while I was still on crutches, and gave me a reason to keep pushing forward. As I slowly regained my mobility, we started taking short walks around the block. That's when I realized that even a small pull on the leash could put my recovery at risk. My focus quickly shifted from simply getting back on my feet to becoming a better dog trainer. What started as a few training sessions during our walks turned into a daily commitment. I taught Ada to walk calmly in a heel position, respond to a "slow" command for days when I needed to take things at an easier pace, and regularly check in with me throughout our walks. The biggest lesson I learned wasn't about commands or techniques; it was about communication. Dogs pay attention to far more than we realize. If I became frustrated, Ada noticed. If I stayed calm and consistent, she responded. I learned to focus on rewarding the behaviors I wanted rather than dwelling on mistakes. The more I worked on myself as a leader, the more successful our training became. Today, Ada and I are still learning together. The bond we've built through patience, trust, and consistency is unlike anything I've experienced with any other dog. She isn't just my best friend; she's the reason I discovered how rewarding it can be to help dogs and their owners build stronger relationships. At Freddy Set Go Canine Care, every dog I work with receives the same patience, attention, and commitment that I give to Ada. Whether you need reliable canine care, help with basic obedience, or support working through behavioral challenges, my goal is simple: to help you build a stronger relationship with your dog and enjoy life together. If my story resonates with you, I'd love the opportunity to learn more about you and your dog. About: Se habla español / すこしにほんごをしっています I’ve cared for dogs at every stage of life, from wild puppies to gentle seniors. With experience handling both small and large dogs, I know how to balance fun, structure, and patience to help every pup feel safe and happy. I own a high-energy Portuguese Water Dog and grew up with calm, funny pugs, so I’m comfortable adapting to all personalities, energy levels, and sizes. My schedule is flexible and I can work around most pup’s schedules and needs. I am unavailable on Tuesdays, but available the rest of the week! My motto is to always love and care for others as if it was my own, no matter the personality or need. They are like people: they need intentionality, care, attention, and love, and some of the ways I try to incorporate that into my regular care is by wiping their paws and mouth with dog safe wipes after a walk/outdoor time. My dog is like my son to me, and I want to offer the same kind of love and care to those that might need extra help with walks throughout the week.

“Justine, Brett, and family made our little guy feel right at home. If our dog could speak a human language I am sure he’d say to my family, “Hurry up and go on vacation again!” If you need someone to care for your pup(s) look no further, as they are great carers and communicators.”

“David and Susan were easy to schedule with and very accommodating for our dog! They hosted our lab for a long vacation and made sure she was loved while we were away! Thank you!”

“Absolutely without a doubt one of the best cat sitters we have EVER had. Amberley and her husband Matt went above and beyond to slowly introduce my cats to their new surroundings - to the point where they were sleeping with the cats in a separate room to ensure their comfort and care. They went above and beyond a normal “sitter” service. I would 100% recommend them without hesitation. Communication, pictures, etc. were all consistent, prompt and reassuring. Thank you Amberley and Matt!?”
About: Hello! We absolutely love all dogs. We have a beautiful 4 year old Weimaraner who we came into our life as a pup. We also have had two prior to her. We are comfortable with all aged dogs from the feisty puppies to the more quiet seniors. We have lots of experience with young puppies, senior dogs who need medication (oral pills or otherwise), and shy or energetic dogs. Linda even worked as a Vet Tech in high school and was a dog walker in college. We both are retired and love to sit outside with our dog and go for walks. As a visitor to our home, we are open to whatever method you employ for your dog’s safety. We have experience with crate training and are happy to continue those practices if you wish. Otherwise, your dog is free to roam our fenced yard and home. We are both retired, so have lots of time for your pup. Our dog always gets to go out whenever she wants. So will yours. We usually walk our dog in the morning afternoon and evening. If your dog is up to that, we will have her join us. We have a fenced in yard for the dogs to enjoy whenever they want. Our house is very dog friendly. Our dogs are allowed on the furniture. We do not leave any food out and have a dog proof garbage can too.
“Penny looked after Ginger as a trial night before we go on a longer trip this summer. I could tell Ginger had a blast and Penny is very caring with the dogs. I’m not concerned with leaving my pup with Penny when I have to be gone this summer. Thank you Penny and Ginger and I will see you again soon!”

“Darrilyn is amazing! We have used her multiple times for short weekends and week long vacations! Our pup has always been well taken care of! She is responsive, sends updates and photos!”

“I was a bit anxious because my pup is still young and he never stayed at someone else's house before, and it is first time in a while for me being away from my pup, but Barbara made me feel at ease!! It was probably more of separation anxiety for me being away from my dog then the other way around :D She sent pictures and updates and the pup was taken care of, looked happy and enjoyed his stay! Barbara and her family were very nice and I will use her services again when I go on vacation!”

“Esha & Vineeth hosted our lab for spring break and she seemed very comfortable! They shared lots of updates throughout the week and were easy to coordinate plans! Thank you again!”

About: I've taken care of pets ever since I was a kid. When I was in high school, my family hosted dogs of all sizes, including one of my favorites, a Burnese Mountain Dog named Ruby. Lately I've had the chance to watch my brother's two dogs (as seen in my bio pics) when he travels. I work a semi-active full time job over the week, with plenty of energy to spare when I'm not working. I am fully available over the weekends from Friday evening straight through to Sunday! I also am free on weekdays for walks or drop-ins as long as it's before 7:30 am or after 5 pm. Your dog will stay in a cozy, smoke-free condo where they are welcome on the furniture and bed. While I don't have a yard, I love taking long, frequent walks around the neighborhood. For their comfort and safety, I host one family at a time and ask that owners provide the dog's preferred bed or crate if possible
“Our dog Taco LOVES staying with Tyler and how wife (and their two dogs). They are incredibly accommodating and have gone the extra mile to make our pup feel like he's part of their family. Taco is always so excited to go to their home, and you can tell they've created a bond. I know our dog is being cared for AND that he's having a blast. We're so grateful for Tyler and his family! 100% recommend”
